距离支付新规的实施还有一天，而将在今年7月1日支付新规正式施行啦。原本早已做好实名认证的支付宝和微信支付，却森森的被现实所打败！
据亚太财经了解，近日，支付宝钱包的余额页面出现了提示语：“根据监管部门要求，用户根据账户的身份信息完善程度不同，享有不同的余额支付额度”。

这个额度根据一共有三类，第一类通过至少1个外部渠道验证身份的，额度为1000元/终身；第二类通过至少3个外部渠道验证身份，额度为10万元/年；第三类通过至少5个外部渠道验证身份，额度为20万元/年。此外还有功能限制，前两类账户只能消费和转账，只有第三类账户可以购买理财产品。
即便完成终极版认证，支付宝余额转账给他人、消费每年的限额只有20万！大部分人支付宝APP上今天已经有显示了。（7月1日所有用户就都能看到了）

支付宝余额的这些资金变动计入限额
1. 用支付宝余额（下同）转账给他人
2. 给别人发红包
3. 各种消费
4. 转入余额宝
注意，上面所提到的4种计入限额的资金变动都是指支付宝余额。
前面三种比较容易绕开，也没什么坑。但第四个就有点隐晦了，很多攻略都没有提及（有些说的竟然还是错的），拿出来细说说。
我们亲测的结果是：用支付宝余额买余额宝，支付宝的剩余额度会减少。
所以，将支付宝的余额转入余额宝，也要受到每年20万元限额的限制。

是不是感觉这么少的额度不方便？
是不是认为央妈又在替银行出头欺负支付宝？可实际上这个20万限额对支付宝用户几乎没有实际影响，因为只有账户余额消费才会扣掉额度，使用余额宝、银行卡、花呗根本不受额度限制。
这些资金变动不计入限额
1.将支付宝余额提现到本人银行卡
2.用支付宝余额还本人的信用卡
没有余额宝的其他第三方支付怎么办？
虽然微信支付在红包大战中夺得头筹，但是却没能形成余额宝的理财账户，虽然微信上的理财分为两个部分，理财通和微信钱包，理财通可以将资金转入银行卡，但这部分自己也只能转回到银行卡；而微信钱包上的零钱可以手法红包和消费，当这些零钱并不能像余额宝一样直接消费或转账，即使想使用必须先转回微信钱包的余额。
微信支付目前的存在的问题：
“我的零钱”可以转账、消费和发红包，但是提现到银行卡要收费；
“零钱理财”只能由“我的零钱”购买，如果按照央行新规，一类和二类账户需要关掉这个功能；
“理财通”提供了完整的理财功能，但是与微信钱包彻底隔离，理财资金没法转入“我的零钱”。
如果不能把“我的零钱”、“零钱理财”和“理财通”这三部分打通，账户限额迟早会影响腾讯的金融大计。
再来说说支付宝，那么我们可以在哪里看到自己的限额呢？
大家可以从支付宝APP&我的&余额里看到自己的限额和剩余额度。如果限额是20万，说明已经完成了终极（5种外部渠道）身份验证，那就不用再想提额了，已经到头了。
