退款的礼品卡退款能退到信用卡吗银行卡吗

致歉以及美国亚马逊买错礼品卡的退款事宜沟通攻略
今天中午由于工作失误，未能详细阐述美亚销售的礼品卡的产品信息，以致于推送了只能在美国本地店家才能享受到的礼品卡优惠活动到海淘网友中。
诚恳致歉，并请赐各种鸡蛋。
虽然美亚的产品说明是礼品卡不退不换，但是由于我们在国内，因为可以理解的原因，完全无法享受到礼品卡的福利。所以，美亚客服是可以全额协助退款的。
email电子卡，2-3个工作日退款。实体卡，需要发货之后，联系客服并提供运单号来召回货物。美亚收到货物之后，全额退款。
（现在虽然是美国商家专享，曾经也有JCPenny等美国电商。如果发现适合海淘的美国电商的礼品卡销售，依然是不错的deal。）
退款流程如下：
点击页面Help。
找到需要更多。
选择礼品卡订单。
输入问题的种类和简短说明。

我没明白怎么回事，我也是前几天看到这里推荐，买了50元gift card，之后马上充值到账户了，随后也收到了10$的赠送，刚才试着下单，这60$都可以使用。
美亚所说的不退不换应该是指已充值的礼品卡余额，至于未使用的错误订单，或者买了未使用，这种礼品卡订单都可以直接给客服发E-mail，简单说明几句不用的原因，用不着找客服聊天。一般很快就能给你取消订单办理退款到信用卡，不用你再做后续操作。一般两三个工作日到账。对于无英语基础的人相当实用

我的刚退完。可惜不能找亚马逊客服问问到底有多少人退了，这样还能验证网站的用户到底有多少。

话说回来了，我买了三张50的，下完单就去吃午饭了，回来一看邮箱发现不对了，是其他商家的卡，更奇葩的是我发现我下的是四单，还有一单100美金的。这都是什么和什么呀，不过生活就是要充满各种错误和意外才叫生活呀。

我买了一张高铁票，是313.5，其中包括礼品卡20元，由于时间问题，把票退了，当时是银行卡支付的，结果退回银行卡的时候只有279，某程账户里多了20元礼品卡的费用，又不能用，不能体现。有点不爽，求解答。。。
