2014年,列入市消保委统计的8个成员单位,共计受理消费者投诉2425起,比上年增加177起,增幅7.9%,其中,商品类投诉1040起,增加2起,增幅0.2%;服务类投诉1385起,增加175起,增幅14.5%。月度投诉量高点318起,低点141起,月平均值为202起。投诉量居前的商品和服务类别依次为:日用百货、烟酒食品、居民服务、餐饮服务、通讯服务、旅游服务、住宿服务、通讯器材、公共服务、家用电子电器,上述商品和服务的投诉均超过百件。1040日用百货290起,烟酒食品266起,通讯器材107起,家用电子电器102起,装修建材91起。其中:服装投诉100起,位列第一;手机投诉96起排位第二,鞋的投诉62起居于第三,投诉量处于第四、五位的分别是方便食品49起,汽车及零部起46起。此外、电视机、水产品、房屋装修材料、家具也均有30起以上的投诉。1385起服务投诉中,居民服务240起,餐饮服务229起,通信服务153起,旅游服务141起,住宿服务126起,公共服务107起。其中,居民服务中美容美发投诉167起,占了70%,通讯服务中移动通讯服务133起,占87%。此外,城市公交、文化娱乐、机动车维护修理、服装洗涤服务的投诉量也较为居前。消费者投诉最多的是商品和服务的质量问题,共951起,占39.2%;其次为消费合同履行过程中发生的投诉,共495起,占20.4%;位于第三的是由售后服务引发的投诉,共241起,占9.9%;居于第四和第五位的分别是价格及收费、广告与宣传问题,分别为235起、94起。二、消费投诉的主要特点201414.5%141%230%70%360%425%540%日用百货、烟酒食品、餐饮服务200123..4%55.8%210%3229 21051%175%201469107%28436332%123412345123412341234
