今天要给大家分享的是关于ACEA的那些事。不知道您有没有留意,有时候在购买机油时,油罐上除了“API”的等级标准以外,还会有一个“ACEA”的等级标准的英文符号,符号后面会印上例如“A3/B4”的字样,这是代表什么呢? ACEA定义ACEA (欧洲汽车制造协会),全称:(Associationdes Constructeurs Europeens ),总部设在比利时的布鲁塞尔。是欧洲汽车制造业对于汽车用润滑油的检验认证标准,从技术要求上,要高于我们俗知的美国“API”标准,因此了解ACEA标准对于广大车友在选择机油的时候有积极的参考意义! 发展历史由于欧洲九十年代大量的汽车制造业厂商的重组,因此从1996年1月以后,原本老的欧洲润滑油检验认证标准CCMC的规范标准被ACEA所取代。以前只要原则上在欧洲有设厂的公司,即可加入CCMC 的会员并参加认证。现在则严格要求到一定要在欧洲生产制造的汽车才有资格参加ACEA的会员和认证,代表了润滑油的世界先进技术标准。 ACEA与API标准区别对比美国API等级标准,欧洲ACEA的质量要求更高也更加苛刻,它比API、CMCC在对于引擎方面的测试有了更严格的要求。 对汽油引擎,被加强要求的项目在:A、不氧化作用的关系;B、剪切力稳定性; 对轻型柴油引擎,被加强要求的项目在:剪切力稳定性; 对重型柴油引擎,被加强要求的项目在:A、剪切力稳定性;B、运转光滑度;C、活塞的洁净。 因此,要结合用API等级与更严格的欧洲ACEA规范一起用来判断机油的性能。 ACEA欧洲汽车制造协会对于汽、柴油引擎润滑油有三种分类级数,具体如下: ACEA 汽油引擎油及轻型柴油引擎油1.A1/B1 - 油品稳定、级数持久不变,用于延长换油里程的汽油引擎及轻型柴油引擎特别设计。 2.A3/B3 --油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计用于高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎及原厂认定的延长换油里程、或长年用低黏度油,或原厂认定的严苛运转。 3.A3/B4 -- 油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计用于高性能汽油及直喷柴油引擎,也适用于A3/B3所述的应用。 4.A5/B5 --油品稳定、级数持久不变,用于延长换油里程的高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎设计能使用低摩擦低黏度油品其高温高剪力(HTHS)黏度2.9~3.5 mPa.s.。 5.C1 --油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计作为触媒匹配油品,用于装置DPF及TWC的高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎需求低摩擦、低黏度、低SAPS油品,其高温高剪力 (HTHS)黏度最低为2.9mPa.s.,这油品可增长DPF及TWC的寿命且维持车辆的燃油经济性。 6.C2--油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计作为触媒匹配油品,用于装置DPF及TWC的高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎设计可用低摩擦、低黏度油品,其高温高剪力(HTHS)黏度最低为2.9mPa.s.,这油品可增长DPF及TWC的寿命且 维持车辆的燃油经济性。 7.C3--油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计作为触媒匹配油品,用于装置DPF及TWC的高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎,其高温高剪力(HTHS)黏度最低为3.5mPa.s. 这油品可增长DPF及TWC的寿命。 8.C4--油品稳定、级数持久不变,设计作为触媒匹配油品,用于装置DPF及TWC的高性能汽油及轻型柴油引擎要求低硫灰分、磷、硫(SAPS)油品,其高温高剪力(HTHS)黏度最低为3.5mPa.s. 这油品可增长DPF及TWC的寿命。 ACEA重型柴油引擎油1.E4--油品稳定、级数持久不变,提供活塞洁净、磨损、油烟及润滑油稳定性优异的控制。推荐于高效柴油引擎符合 Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV 及 Euro V排放废气要求和极度严苛的运转,例如按原厂建议极度延长换油间隔。适用于引擎无粒子捕捉滤器,及部分EGR引擎和部分引擎装置有SCR NOx 减低系统。 2.E6--油品稳定、级数持久不变,提供活塞洁净、磨损、油烟及润滑油稳定性优异的控制。推荐于高效柴油引擎符合Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV 及 Euro V排放废气要求和极度严苛的运转,例如按原厂建议极度延长换油间隔。适用于EGR引擎(含有及无粒子捕捉滤器),及引擎装置有SCR NOx 减低系统。E6强烈建议用于装有粒子捕捉滤器的引擎及设计结合低硫柴油使用。 3.E7--油品稳定、级数持久不变,提供活塞洁净及缸壁抛光有效的控制,更提供优异的磨损控制,油烟处理及润滑油稳定性。推荐于高效柴油引擎符合 Euro I,Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV 及 Euro V排放废气要求和严苛的运转,例如按原厂建议延长换油间隔。适用于引擎无粒子捕捉滤器装置,及大部分 EGR引擎、以及大部分引擎装置有SCR NOx 减低系统。 4.E9--油品稳定、级数持久不变,提供活塞洁净及缸壁抛光有效的控制,更提供优异的磨损控制,油烟处理及润滑油稳定性。推荐于高效柴油引擎符合 Euro I,Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV 及 Euro V排放废气要求和严苛的运转,例如按原厂建议延长换油间隔。适用于引擎含有及无粒子捕捉滤器装置,及大部分 EGR引擎、以及大部分引擎装置有SCR NOx减低系统。E9强烈建议用于装有粒子捕捉滤器的引擎及设计结合低硫柴油使用。 目前,ACEA A5/B5机油属于高端主线润滑油。 它们主要用于专门针对使用低粘度机油而设计的高性能汽油和轻负荷柴油发动机。

欧洲汽车制造商协会 The European Automobile Manufacturers Association,简称 ACEA,是欧洲汽车行业最重要的行业组织和标准化组织。
通俗来说,ACEA 的标准,高于 SAE 和 API 标准,因此,ACEA 更能反映机油的技术水平和适用性。
ACEA 定期修订汽车排放、燃料、机油等各项标准,当前有效的 ACEA 标准是2012标准,按其标准分为
A/B : gasoline and diesel engine oils 汽油和柴油发动机机油
A1/B1 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use at extended drain intervals in gasoline engines and car & light van
diesel engines specifically designed to be capable of using low friction low
oils with a high temperature / high
shear rate
of 2.6 mPa*s for xW/20 and 2.9 to 3.5 mPa.s for all other
grades. These oils are unsuitable
for use in some engines. Consult owner manual or handbook if in doubt.
A3/B3 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use in high performance gasoline engines and car & light van diesel engines
and/or for extended drain intervals where specified by the engine manufacturer, and/or for year-round use of low
oils, and/or for severe operating conditions as defined by the engine manufacturer.
A3/B4 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use in high performance gasoline and direct injection diesel engines, but
also suitable for applications described under A3/B3.
A5/B5 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use at extended drain intervals in high performance gasoline engines and
car & light van diesel engines designed to be capable of using low friction low
oils with a High temperature /
High shear rate ()
of 2.9 to 3.5 mPa.s. These oils are unsuitable for use in some engines. Consult owner
manual or handbook if in doubt.
C : Catalyst compatibility oils 催化剂兼容性机油
C1 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use as catalyst compatible oil in vehicles with DPF and TWC in high
performance car and light van diesel and gasoline engines requiring low friction, low , low SAPS oils with a
of 2.9 mPa.s. These oils will increase the DPF and TWC life and maintain the vehicles fuel
Warning: these oils have the lowest SAPS limits and are unsuitable for use in some engines. Consult owner manual or
handbook if in doubt.
C2 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use as catalyst compatible oil in vehicles with DPF and TWC in high
performance car and light van diesel and gasoline engines designed to be capable of using low friction, low
with a minimum
of 2.9mPa.s. These oils will increase the DPF and TWC life and maintain the vehicles
fuel economy.
Warning: these oils are unsuitable for use in some engines. Consult owner manual or handbook if in doubt.
C3 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use as catalyst compatible oil in vehicles with DPF and TWC in high
performance car and light van diesel and gasoline engines, with a minimum
of 3.5mPa.s. These oils will
increase the DPF and TWC life.

C4 Stable, stay-in-grade oil intended for use as catalyst compatible oil in vehicles with DPF and TWC in high
performance car and light van diesel and gasoline engines requiring low SAPS oil with a minimum
3.5mPa.s. These oils will increase the DPF and TWC life.

E4 Stable, stay-in-grade oil proding excellent control of piston cleanliness, wear, soot handling and lubricant stability.
It is recommended for highly rated diesel engines meeting Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V emission
requirements and running under very severe conditions, e.g. significantly extended oil drain intervals according to the
manufacturer&s recommendations. It is suitable for engines without particulate filters, and for some EGR engines and
some engines fitted with SCR NOx reduction systems. However, recommendations may differ between engine
manufacturers so Driver Manuals and/or Dealers shall be consulted if in doubt.
E6 Stable, stay-in-grade oil proding excellent control of piston cleanliness, wear, soot handling and lubricant stability.
It is recommended for highly rated diesel engines meeting Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V and Euro
requirements and running under very severe conditions, e.g. significantly extended oil drain intervals according to the
manufacturer&s recommendations. It is suitable for EGR engines, with or without particulate filters, and for engines fitted

E7 Stable, stay-in-grade oil proding effective control with respect to piston cleanliness and bore polishing. It further
prodes excellent wear control, soot handling and lubricant stability. It is recommended for highly rated diesel engines
meeting Euro I, Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V emission requirements and running under severe conditions, e.g.
extended oil drain intervals according to the manufacturer&s recommendations. It is suitable for engines without
particulate filters, and for most EGR engines and most engines fitted with SCR NOx reduction systems. However,
recommendations may differ between engine manufacturers so Driver Manuals and/or Dealers shall be consulted if in
