我同事姐妹俩人，她是姐姐。
父母于去年买了一套商品房，因为年纪大了没法办贷款，就用妹妹的名字办了贷款，所以房产证上写妹妹一个人的名字，但每月还款是父母在还，所以父母在住。
父母还有一套拆迁房今年交房，补了7万后换了一套大的，但房产证的名字没换，还是父母的名字。因为这7万块钱是妹妹和妹夫出的，所以拆迁房给妹妹妹夫一家住。
姐姐自愿放弃继承父母的财产，全部归妹妹所有。
问，假如将来妹妹和妹夫离婚，妹夫有权分房产吗？
1、两套？还是一套？
2、或是只给妹夫7万的一半加利息？
3、或是其他情况？
急求答案。谢谢！

第一套，可以借由证明是父母还款，父母出钱所以房子是父母的
第二套如果是父母去世后妹妹才离婚，仿佛应该有妹夫的一半。如果是之前妹夫可以举证他们出了钱，要求你父母给三万五喽。
