泉州富人多　上半年征收个人所得税超过五亿
　　南方网讯　&泉州由于私营经济发达，富人多，今年上半年全市征收个人所得税超过五亿元人民币，成为地方纳税的一支“生力军”。
　　据《福建日报》今天（７?１５）报道，日前泉州清源啤酒朝日有限公司的财务人员到泉州市地税局外税分局，为该公司高层管理人员申报缴纳了上月的个人所得税。去年以来，泉州市地税局加强对高收入者个人所得进行税收监控和跟踪管理，率先建立“富人”专门档案，强化代扣代缴制度，促其自行申报。这一举措取得明显成效。继去年该市个人所得税突破十亿元后，今年上半年，全市共征收个人所得税五点四亿元，比去年同期增长百分之二十点四，个税继续居该市地方税收第一大税种地位。（编辑：许雨青）
