st股未分配利润转增股本票对股民是好还是坏

*ST新亿转增方案引争议 小散承受67.15%账面亏损
　　3月18日开盘，正在重整的“*ST新亿F10资料”悄然变身为“XR*ST新”。原来3月18日是*ST新亿的除权日，价格由前收盘价7.40元变为1.87元，差异巨大。
　　根据公司披露的资本公积转增方案，以新亿现有总股本3.78亿股为基数，按每10股转增29.48股的比例实施资本公积转增股票，共计转增11.13亿股。
　　如果是普通的资本公积转增股本，本质上是会计科目之间的调整，股民持有该股的总市值并没有变化。
　　但是*ST新亿的转增方案显示，前述11.13亿股中的1.13亿股登记至现有股东名下，相当于向全体股东按照每10股转增3股的比例实施资本公积转增股票。这对于现有股东来说，从前收盘日至除权日，要承受高达67.15%的账面亏损。
　　而大股东新疆万源稀金资源投资控股有限公司和其他10家投资人，以14.47亿元获得10多亿股，每股成本约为1.447元。相比1.87元的除权价格，这11家投资者获得29.25%账面收益。
　　*ST新亿称，前述资本公积金转增实施后的股票除权参考价格，仅作为股票复牌后首个交易日的开盘参考价，公司股票实际交易价格可能受市场环境、公司重整后的持续经营能力等多种因素影响。
