2、用大火(煤气炉6-7分钟)加热后,等它沸腾后,塔吉锅的盖子缝隙中有水溢出来，之后再加热1分钟就可以关火了。
3、把火关后,就这样不把盖子揭开，用余温蒸2-3分钟。
4、大约10分钟后可食用，因为保温效果很好，在吃完之前仍能使食物保持在热腾腾的状态
