Reduction of maximum exposure on EUR-related currency pairs.
Due to the probability of high volatility, periods of low liquidity and risk of price gaps that may appear in FX markets in connection with the situation in Catalonia, Dukascopy is temporarily decreasing the maximum exposure limit to 15 mio EUR on currency pairs that contain EUR from the normal limit of 25 mio (except EUR/JPY which remains at 10 mio). The maximum exposure limit does not extend to positions that have been opened prior to this announcement, there will be no forced reduction or closures.
The limitation will enter in to force as of Friday, 6 October
GMT and remain in force until further notice. Dukascopy reserves the right to reconsider special trading conditions for EUR currency pairs if found necessary.&
CFDs on UK single stocks added on Live
The range of tradeable CFDs on single stocks at Dukascopy Bank and Dukascopy Europe has been extended. Most liquid equity CFDs from United Kingdom have been added to the platform.
Currently the new 85 stock CFDs are available for Self-Trading accounts only. New CFD instruments can be added using the instrument selector in the trading platform. List of new share CFDs can be seen at the .
The list of tradeable share CFDs will be gradually extended to include most liquid shares from all major equity markets around the world.&
Catalonia related market risks
Due to situation in Catalonia and related risk of price gaps Dukascopy Group decided to reduce leverage on CFD of the Spain 35 index ESP.IDX/EUR to the level of 1:10 and limit maximum position to 10 contracts per trading account. This measure will have an effect from 17:00 GMT and will be in force until further notice. Additional measures may be introduced regarding EUR currency pairs till the end of the week.

Reduction of trade commissions for single stock CFD
Following the recent launch of new stock markets available for CFD trading, Dukascopy is pleased to announce a considerable cut of the minimum trading commissions for single stock CFD instruments. Minimum commissions for European stocks have been cut from 10 EUR to 4 EUR or equivalent in other currencies. Standard commission remain unchanged at the level of 0.1% of turnover. North Korea / US speculation
