Since long, because of different requirements when working ,belt running leanly in movement ,the carrying idler’s short service life, on-site maintenance big work load and so on many breakdown reasons and crucial understanding insufficiency, have made the carrying idler's function research and manufacture not be broken through, These make the carrying idlers to transport the material in inexpensive economic cost expense not to be able to obtain manifests fully, which is one that hasn’t good solution of comprehensive technical difficult problem.
当前，皮带输送技术朝着追求安全可靠节能降耗方面发展。而皮带托滚，在皮带输送机上安装使用量大规格品种多，是最易损坏和消耗的机械配件。长期以来，由于对皮带托滚在输送机上所处不同工况性能要求，运行中存在皮带易跑偏，易损坏，托滚使用寿命短，现场维护工作量大等诸多故障原因及关键性认识不足，因而造成了对皮带托辊的功能研究和制造无重大技术突破，使皮带输送物料的最佳效果的低廉的经济成本费用未能得到充分体现，是一项没有得到较好解决的综合性技术难题。
In order to adapt the transport technical development of the leather belt and satisfies the user pursuing maximization enterprise benefit, make the leather belt carrying idler suit in the different type, operate well in the different working conditions, after the long-term research, this factory, absorb overseas leather belt carrying idler technology and manage to develop a new flexible carrying idler, and obtained “strongly new” the domestic registration of trademark in the 1990s.

本文来自微信公众号：星河融快（ID:rongkuai888），作者：李瑶。在梳理了103家独角兽之后，我们发现估值超过十亿美元已经不再是衡量一个公司好坏的决定性标准，许多并没有达到独角兽标准的公司因为自身发展良好，也能通过上市带给投资人丰厚的回报。其实公司是不是独角兽已经不再那么重要，重要的是企业需要回归理性，需要尊重商业逻辑，从而顺应时代发展推动技术的进步，真正为社会创造价值并最终实现盈利。今天我们继续梳理互联网工具领域、在线教育领域和智能硬件领域的独角兽情况。先做一个整体分析再一一进行梳理。1. Dropbox开创了云端存储、同步文件的先河，它的估值也已达到了100亿美元。智能可穿戴设备由于整体市场的下滑，该领域的企业估值也在缩水，Jawbone的估值由33亿美元降到了现在的15亿美元。2. 在这几个领域，投资独角兽数量最多的是红杉资本和ICONIQ Capital，Dropbox无疑是最受青睐的独角兽，共获得了33个机构投资。3. 在这几个领域里，智能硬件领域的Jawbone和Razer是成为独角兽花费时间最长的，都在10年左右，教育领域其次，平均在8年左右，互联网工具领域所用的时间最短，在6年左右。4. Dropbox总共融资6.1亿美元，以100亿美元的估值成为资本效率最高的独角兽，而Jawbone由于估值的下跌，虽然总融资金额达到5.9亿美元，但只支撑了15亿美元的估值，资本效率最低。5. 基于国外权威创投机构的分析和一些海外信源，以及对公司本身的经营情况、细分领域的发展和竞争情况等的分析，我们判断，今年上市希望较大的独角兽是Dropbox、Pluralsight和Razer，而且Razer很有可能选择在香港上市。3家互联网工具软件领域独角兽1）Automattic：博客平台运营商Automattic是一个博客平台运营商，旗下拥有和开源WordPress平台，同时还有WooCommerce（开源免费电子商务系统）、Jetpack（WordPress推出的云插件）、Simplenote（云同步纯文本笔记软件）、Longreads（优质内容推荐站）、VaultPress（WordPress插件）、Akismet（垃圾留言过滤系统）、Gravatar（全球通用头像）、Polldaddy（提供在线投票统计系统的网站）和Cloudup（在线文件分享服务平台）等。目前全球1000万家顶级网站中超过23.3%使用WordPress的产品，WordPress也是全球最受欢迎的博客管理系统。2010年下半年，微软Live Space也全部迁移至。Automattic的收入主要来源于以下几点：1.博客主机服务：企业客户使用基础服务架构来托管博客，每月付500美元；2.GoogleAdSense：的免费博客会有Google AdSense的广告，可以收取广告费用；3.Akismet：防垃圾留言插件，对于个人用户是免费的，对于企业用户，需要购买Akismet的商业License，需要每月50美元起；高级账号：升级高级账号需要付费；4.虚拟主机推荐：WordPress.org上的Hosting页面推荐了很多可以托管WordPress博客的第三方虚拟主机服务，Automattic会收取提成；5.WordPress技术支持：面向企业用户，6小时内解决遇到的问题，需支付每年美元；PollDaddy：企业建立网络调查时，付费版本支持无限个数的问题。2）Dropbox：云端文件备份、同步助手Dropbox是一家云存储技术服务商，用户可以通过Dropbox客户端，把任意文件放入指定文件夹，该文件便会被同步到云端以及该用户其他装有Dropbox客户端的设备中。目前Dropbox采用免费服务与收费增值服务相结合的模式，其中收费服务包括Dropbox Pro 和 Dropbox for Business两种。免费账户最初仅有2GB空间，总容量最大18.8G，并每月限制上传的流量，Dropbox专业版则已将容量提升到了1T，Dropbox企业版更是按需求提供定制存储空间。目前Dropbox Pro每个月的价格为9.99美元，而企业版则需要依据需求出具报价。此前部分媒体预测由于估值过高、用户增长放缓以及Slack、Google doc等软件冲击的因素，Dropbox有可能成为第一家倒下的超级独角兽，而且它的股东甚至还预测其估值将会跌至一半。但2016年年中，Dropbox对外宣布现金流已为正，付费用户也在增长。2017年3月更是从包括摩根大通、美国银行、德意志银行、高盛等在内的6家银行获得了6亿美元的信贷额度，向IPO之路又前进了一步。3）Evernote：多功能笔记类应用Evernote是一款功能非常强大的笔记类应用，由于可以同步到云端，因此用户可以随时随地的以文字、声音、照片甚至视频的方式纪录生活或工作中的点滴和灵感。Evernote一直坚持着Freemium（免费增值）的模式，也在拓展企业用户，但收入仍主要来源于个人付费用户。由于其免费版本的功能就极为强大，因此免费用户到付费用户的转化率非常低。Evernote也想尽办法扩大收入来源，甚至推出Evernote Food等周边应用，也卖起了书包、T恤、袜子等周边商品。然而这些周边应用纷纷关闭，另谋“财路”也没有奏效，Evernote只能通过简单粗暴的涨价来扩大收入（中国印象笔记并没有涨价）。这遭到了很多原有“死忠”用户的反对和抛弃，甚至被认为会成为一个“倒下的独角兽”。但2017年2月，其CEO声称公司已拥有了良好的现金流，这是否意味着Evernote已走出困境还尚未可知。3家教育领域独角兽4）Age of Learning：在线幼儿教育网站Age of Learning是一家教育技术及数字化学习公司，最为人所熟知的便是其旗下的教育类App ABC mouse，专门针对2-8岁儿童提供超过450门的美语趣味学习课程及5000余种学习活动，帮助孩子有效地学习。ABC mouse还提供了图书、音乐、拼图、美术等形式，让孩子通过多种感官体验实现听、说、读、写的全面提高。此外，ABC mouse上还有1000余份各类科目的练习册可供打印，帮助孩子在课后巩固学习内容。ABCmouse现有的7000多个学习课程囊括了阅读、语言、数学、自然科学、社会学、健康、艺术、音乐等多个学科，而内容的拓展和修订都是由教师、教授以及其他专业人士组成的委员会专门负责。其中，一些课程还曾获得过奖项。目前ABC mouse的商业模式为收取订阅费，在美国每月仅需7.95美元便可拥有随时参与7000多种活动的权限，还能独享3份量身定做的儿童资料，国内目前价格为689元每年。截至2016年年中，学生已完成了超过20亿次的学习活动，拥有超过100万个付费订阅家庭，其整体年营收已超过1亿美元。5）Pluralsight：美国在线职业教育网站Pluralsight是一家美国在线职业教育网站，主要提供IT在线视频课程。Pluralsight最初专注在线下开班，直至2008年才转向在线教育。在过去的几年里，Pluralsight通过收购来扩张在线教育业务，目前已经收购8家公司，金额超过2亿美元。虽然一开始面向的是个人用户，但Pluralsight渐渐发展出To B市场，目前三分之二的用户来自企业的员工培训业务，它还将市场扩大到校园市场和政府市场。收费方面，对于个人$299/人/年，对于企业$499/人/年。目前网站已上线由1000多名导师制作的5000多堂课程。2016年收入已达1.6亿美元。6）Udacity：高等教育在线学习网站Udacity是一个高等教育在线学习网站，2011年由斯坦福大学计算机科学专业教授SebastianThrun创立，他把自己教授的人工智能课向全世界开放，结果大获成功。这促使了他当年从学校辞职，专注于网上大学Udacity的创建。Udacity不同于普通的课程录像分享平台，它不光开发了全套的课程录像，还附带有完整的考试系统、评分系统，学习管理系统，以及内置编程接口、论坛和社交功能，并且推出了“纳米学位“授予能够通过考试的学员。Udacity的另一特点是与一些科技公司合作设计课程，并获得导师和资金的支持，其中包括了谷歌、微软、Autodesk、Nvidia、Cadence和Wolfram Alpha。目前Udacity的商业模式为在线学生每月收费200美元，其中包含课程、就业指导、简历指导等服务。另外部分纳米学位收费1200美元。Udacity在2017年2月增加了21个新的合作伙伴，涵盖了汽车、国防、科技、硬件和电信等行业内容。现有学生数量超过75万，其中超过2万名申请并获得了纳米学位。目前还开始与业内其他公司合作帮助这些学生就业。2家智能硬件领域独角兽7）Jawbone：可穿戴智能设备制造商Jawbone曾经是科技消费品和可穿戴设备的世界领导品牌，产品包括手环、无线音箱、蓝牙耳机等。公司的生态系统和可穿戴技术生产工艺拥有 600 多项专利或待批专利，但目前公司的发展陷入了瓶颈。2015年4月，Jawbone已经停止了其UP系列手环的制造，并将库存卖给第三方经销商以换得收入保证公司运作，蓝牙音箱业务在美国市场的份额也已经跌至5%。2016年1月的融资中，估值降到了15亿美元，比前一轮的33亿美元相比折价超过50%。今年2月的消息称，Jawbone即将完全退出普通消费级智能手环市场，此后将转向利润率较高的运动医疗领域。未来 Jawbone 将为临床医生及医疗供应商生产医疗产品，并提供相应服务，转做利润率更高的 To B 医疗服务。除了苹果之外，几乎所有的可穿戴产品制造商都遇到了发展的困境，这是整个可穿戴市场的问题。2016年可穿戴设备的总体出货量下降了51.6%，智能手环出货量更是在2016年第二季度之后下降的几乎可以忽略不计。Jawbone是否还能继续存在就看它向To B领域的转型是否成功了。8）Razer：游戏外设公司Razer是一家游戏外设制造商，为游戏迷们提供灵敏、低延迟的键盘、鼠标以及功能强劲的游戏笔记本电脑，散发着幽暗绿光的Razer已近成为电子游戏领域的标杆形象，在已有产品线上建立起了精准与忠实的用户群，坐拥百万粉丝用户。目前虽然Razor在VR领域，以软、硬件开源平台的形式试水，以便在前期积累更多的资源和合作，但其产品并没有按照常说的垂直式或纵向思维发展，仍然在以用户为中心拓展新品类。在做游戏外设十年的过程中，虽然类别在不断新增，但现有的鼠标产品线仅为两条，笔记本虽然尺寸不同，但款型只有一款，键盘也只有两条产品线。PC游戏的主导地位正在被手游等轻度游戏蚕食，游戏设备也正在向大众化发展，但Razer仍然不会下探低端市场，要“以游戏为媒，将大众Razer化”。
