　　根据运输术语,收到自接货地到交货地运输的货物表面情况完好,其他包装或单个产品没有异常.　　必须及时放单背书,以便及时提货或交给目的港代理放单(背书): 根据条款的要求(没有任何偏向于商人的倾向和偏向于某些法规的倾向),承运人和货主的所有权利和义务被连接在一起,表面上是合同将双方联系在一起的,实际上是作为已签的正本B/L下提单号码,所有路线和日期即将完成并失去效力的证据.
