你用代理服务器登录Paypal干嘛？为什么你要上电信封锁的网站？你在从事什么非法活动？
PayPal在中国有风控部门了，如果账户受限，按照邮件里的要求提供相关的资料，就会有人工审核为你解限，只要不涉及AUP的产品，资料提交后一般7个工作日就可以解决。

我也一样的说.怎用的呢?
说得没错，我在Godaddy买空间的时候刷信用卡，结果我的帐号昵称跟我信用卡名字不一致，被强制退款了。后来跟他们解释才恢复了，国外就是严格，不象国内，哪有钱到手了还退给别人的道理啊。。。

paypal帐户用了一个多月，就被冻结了。没有违法记录。paypal要求我发一个在paypal注册时所登记的地址的文件证明。结果，我就传了银行帐单过去。可是n天过去了我打PP的电话问一问具体情况,电话是:2-938-3570 你也可以写信问一下到底有什么没有解决,我的也被冻结过,让我提供资料都N天了他们都没理,我最后一天一份转真3次后就来信说开通了,paypal对中国用户很苛刻.我现在开始用中国的收汇通道了.收汇宝他不但不会冻结商户.而且拒付率控制得很好.听他们说低于1%,不知道是我好运还是什么.到现在还没有见过拒付的.有一次客户付钱了.我忘记寄货了.他也没拒付.可能是因为几十美金的而且.他们要拒付.还得去银行申请.如果拒付无理他们的信用卡还得被记上不良记录.影响他们的终身.所以他们也不敢轻易拒付的.只怕的是黑卡.盗卡.收汇宝就很好得控制了这些黑卡.跟盗卡.全部都支付不进的.但他的缺点就是得开户费.

我想你购买的大概是Bluehost吧。我购买的时候没有发生PayPal被冻结的情况，但是Bluehsot的账号在开通几分钟之后就冻结了，原因和你一样，就是用了国外的代理购买.现在bluehost已经解封了，你怎么还用代理购买？难道不是Bluehost?
人家在安全方面把关的确很严，值得国内同行好好学习一下！

做了一个月，4个帐户被冻结3个，一个里面躺了5W多RMB，一个躺了7K多USD，还有一个PP里躺了10W多USD，40多天过去了，还没有解冻，我们这没有正规的电费单，没有水电费单，也没有信用卡单， 无法证明地址， 郁闷中。。。。。。 95epay 于

但是感觉使用paypal挺麻烦的，因此我进行“国际交易”时用信用卡就可以了。招行的信用卡还是挺放心的，只要不要在其他不安全的地方使用就可以了。

请教一下各位， 有没有利用过EBAY， PP 的系统服务器“时间差”来做文章的， 比如利用数据库回滚卷影等， 我听说过这种高手，不过没办法跟让他们教我， 还有就是如何保证自己的DD永远排在EBAY搜索中的第一位（不花钱）
