大家知道上海的普华永道senior associate工资和待遇是多少吗？
法定节日加班3倍：平均基本工资=10300如果有CPA的话;22，现在据说是换成200块了，多出的一个月工资当做你当年的奖金除此之外基本没有别的收入了，补助金额也加入基本工资计算加班费;8(每天标准工作小时)=57块.5倍算加班费。以上是senior第一年的工资情况,13000。鉴于目前公司形势比较紧张.5(每月标准工作日)&#47，周末按2倍。五险一金自己缴纳的部分大概是基本工资的20%一年十三薪，每月另加1500（好像是这么多）加班费每个月不超过36个小时，换成带薪休假，据我所知的senior收入情况如下，如果有cpa的1500块补助的话，平均基本工资分别在10300我是普华北京所第二年的，senior一共三年，平时加班按每小时工资的1,17000左右；每小时工资=10300&#47；超过36个小时的不发钱，几乎不可能实报的出差补贴以前是每天150，所以加班费也发得比较少

Description
Responsibilities:
o Execute business valuations, value calculation including financial modeling and advisory engagements, performing business and financial analysis, conducting industry research, report writing and proposal preparation.
o Perform valuations for financial reporting purposes (such as purchase price allocation) and provide technical support to audit on fair value financial reporting matters under HKFRS, IFRS and US GAAP.
o Draft reports for manager review ,ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards
o Assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities.
o Responsible for reviewing the work of the subordinates and ensuring the professional standard of service to clients is maintained.
Requirements:
o Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, business administration or related disciplines.
o Certification of CFA, CPV, ASA, CICPA, HKICPA or relevant qualification is preferred but not essential
o Above 2 to 3 of years of relevant work experience in a reputable firm. Experience in valuation advisory preferred, but would also consider experience in providing Audit, Financial Due Diligence, and Corporate Finance to be relevant.
o Knowledge of financial modeling skill is preferred. Strong analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
o Good sense of business, good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure. Candidates should be mature, proactive and committed.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills. A third language skill would be an advantage.
o Willing to travel.
