4、饮食难以均衡
现代人工作压力大，生活繁忙，常在日常生活中忽略饮食的均衡及健康。
以维生素E为例，每个人每日建议摄取400IU(国际单位)的维生素E才能维持身体最佳状态，但国人普遍摄取不足。以下举几个富含维生素E食物的例子：

保健品不是吃的越“多”越好
