——蓉城的巾帼英雄新中国第一代女飞行员何月娟 　　　　提起何月娟这个名字，许多四川、成都甚至全军的朋友们都不会陌生，她是我们国家的第一代女飞行员，是四川人、成都人的骄傲！何月娟老人是我20多年的老朋友，八一建军节期间我拜访了这位共和国的巾帼英雄，她向笔者讲述了几十年的军旅生涯……
　　　　那是日，当14名意气风发的姑娘驾驶六架“里－2”飞机划破长空，飞越过雄伟的天安门城楼，这可以说是一次历史性的飞行，向世界宣告新中国从此有了自己的女飞行员！当天在北京西郊机场红旗招展、人头攒动，首都各界7000多名妇女代表与各国驻华武官及夫人聚集在这里，共同参目睹了新中国第一批女飞行员的开飞典礼……朱德、邓颖超等领导同志坐在主席台上，在飞行表演开始后女飞行员们分为6个机组，每架飞机各一名正、副驾驶，作为预备队的两位飞行员也在飞机上。这次飞行任务的路线是由西向东经卢沟桥、三河、通县直飞城区，然后再通过天安门上空，最后向西返航回到机场，安全高度为600米……虽然这些飞行项目和计划，已经深深地印在了每位女飞行员的脑海里，但是几名男教官还是有些担心，非要上飞机为女飞行员压阵，但却遭到姐妹们的全体反对，她们说：“谁要上飞机，就把他关进后舱的厕所里……”神圣而庄严的时刻终于到来了，受阅的六架飞机呼啸升入空中，以整齐的队形接受了检阅，她们都圆满的完成飞行任务…… 　　　　1951年4月第一批来自全国各地的55名女学员，她们被分配到牡丹江第七航校，在这55名女学员中，只有14名是学过飞机驾驶的，她们是来自湖南的周真明、万婉玲、周映芝，上海的何月娟、黄碧云、施丽霞、阮荷珍、陈志英，浙江的戚木木、邱以群，广东的王坚、伍竹迪、秦桂芳和河南的武秀梅等。以14个人组成了一个班，湖南的辣妹子周映芝被任命为班长，14个女学员都挤在一间小房间里面，床是用木凳支起来的大通铺，吃的是东北的高粱米和大白菜。在这样艰苦的学习环境中，55名女学员结下了深厚友谊。当时航校最好的飞机是日本的PT-19型飞机，为了确保安全机械师将飞机操纵杆前后连在一起，学员在前舱飞行，教员则在后舱保驾……身体弱一点的同志一下了飞机就吐，有时把胆汁都吐了出来，脸色蜡黄脚底没根，但是坚强的女学员们只有一个信念：一定要练习好飞行技术，决不让一个姐妹掉队！她们每个人都知道，自己能不能飞上蓝天，不只是个人的事情，而是代表着新中国全体妇女的形象。
　　　　何月娟告诉笔者：当时航校的学习条件和生活环境十分艰苦，就连用于学习飞行的教练机，都是东拼西凑的“组装机”，由于缺少飞机零部件，几架飞机只能是共用一副螺旋桨、一副轮胎。当时女学员们都用木板、凳子模拟拉杆蹬舵，晚上睡在被窝里还脚蹬床架练习。上理论课时没有地球仪，教官就拿苹果做道具，当时飞机没有尾灯就在飞机尾翼上拴根红布条应急……她们经过短短八个月的速成班学习，又在成都学习了四个月的“里－2”飞机的驾驶后，一年之后中国第一批女飞行员就放单飞了……更令第一代女飞行员姐妹们难忘是：日她们在北京中南海，受到了毛泽东、刘少奇、周恩来等党和国家领导人的亲切接见。毛主席又鼓励大家说：“要训练成人民的飞行员，不要当表演的演员……”从此这句话就成了新中国女飞行员们代代相传的座右铭。 　　　　八一建军节前夕的一天笔者见到了何月娟，她已经是80多岁的老人了，看上去身体还是很硬朗，我们又一起回想她当年首飞的情形，一说到飞行的话题何月娟便会滔滔不绝，她飞了整整30年3800多个小时，以后作了母亲怀孕四、五个月还在飞，生了小孩两个月之后就返回了驾驶舱，她和其他姐妹们一样，最怕的就是被人看成一个拖了后腿的人。她从放单飞以来曾经执行过抗美援朝、自卫反击战的运输任务，还到灾区运送过救灾物资，在唐山大地震时她的飞机就到过救灾现场。1970年胶东地区发生海啸，她执行空投食物任务，在一片汪洋之上根本找不到大片的陆地，为了不把食物空投到水里，她一再降低飞行高度以至于机翼差点擦到树梢和屋顶…… 　　　　1986年何月娟从部队离休了，被组织安排在蓉城的干休所生活，仍然为成都市精神文明建设发挥着余热……现在虽然她的耳朵也聋了，但是如今她最遗憾的还是不能再驾驶飞机了，在停飞了20多年之后一提到告别蓝天，何月娟的眼圈就红了她说：“我现在就是想飞，想知道女人到底能飞多久……”何月娟几十年的军旅生涯曾经多次立功受奖，她为我们谱写了一道美丽的风景线！最后笔者想给何月娟说的话还有许多，千言万语汇成一句话：祝愿我们蓉城的巾帼英雄新中国第一代女飞行员何月娟老人晚年幸福！生活美满！
