俄罗斯标准银行开始发行中国银联卡
　　俄新网莫斯科10月13日电 跻身俄罗斯银行前三十的俄罗斯标准银行开始发行中国银联支付系统的银行卡。
　　银联卡将采用卢布币种发行，有效期为5年。
　　银联国际首席业务发展官王立新表示，“我们高度重视与俄罗斯标准银行的合作，将积极扩大在俄发行银行卡的可能，以便为俄罗斯的银联持卡人提供更多支付系统方面的可能和优势”。
　　今年春季国际支付系统维萨()和万事达(MasterCard)响应美国对“俄罗斯银行”和北海航线银行(SMPBank)的制裁，停止受理这两家俄银行客户的业务，由此产生如何保证俄国内业务与银行卡之间业务结算的连续性问题。
　　俄罗斯银行界可能的选择之一是与中国银联及日本JCB支付系统发展合作，但后者目前还没有在俄注册自己的运营商。中国银联早在去年秋季就已在俄罗斯中央银行注册为中国支付系统的运营商，其结算中心为中国银行莫斯科分行。 一些俄罗斯银行开始同中国银联加强合作，其中俄天然气工业银行已开始发行银联卡，俄罗斯外贸银行下属莫斯科银行也表示计划2015年开始发行该银行卡。
