广西钦州1229户低收入居民“摇”到公租房
本报钦州讯12月15日，钦州市举行家兴苑七区及公鹅田公租房公开双摇配房仪式。通过电脑公平、公开双摇号配房，1229户低收入居民摇到了公租房，这意味着这些居民近日即可喜迁新居。
　　本次配租的房源为家兴苑和公鹅田公租房，总共配租1580套。配租的保障对象是公租房通过资格尚未获实物配租的家庭，以及往年已经有过安排但放弃当次安排的剩余廉租房申请资格户。
　　“我们覆盖的人群从城镇的低保户到低收入人群，然后到外来务工人员再到新就业的大学生群体。现在，公租房的保障范围逐步拓宽，门槛也不断降低。”钦州市住建委保障科负责人劳赢介绍，自2007年以来，钦州市已经建成并入住7000多套公租房，目前已分配并即将入住1400多套。
