最近现货铜骗局很火是不是骗局？

最近很火的铁皮石斛、铁皮枫斗到底是什么东西？是类似于脑X金那种吃了不会死但也没有用的营销品吗？贵的铁皮石斛动辄几千一克，和便宜的真的有区别吗？这是骗局吗？
匿了！我想说的是。两个月前我辞掉司机的工作后实在没有办法，朋友介绍我去他们公司做一个电话营销员。而我之前对她的工作也有一点点了解:电视上打广告，在广告播出时间会有一些患者打进电话进行咨询，而他们会以“我们正在申请世界非物质保护名额先面向西北地区做半价体验活动”或“国家审批推广免费赠送而你只需缴纳人工费和手续费”进行售卖！我刚去的时候培训了一个星期。这一个星期会让你了解这个产品好让你和患者沟通时进行出售！我没有买过铁皮石斛，其实就是铁皮枫斗。但是我去的时候他们进行的产品是《姜大夫灵耳通》当时这个产品在每天下午6点钟左右在农林卫视播出。前后不过20分钟。各位猜一下会打进多少个电话！！！答案是最多的时候2000多根！少的时候也有1200多根。在这里给大家说一下，“姜大夫灵耳通”一个疗程原价是2960，做活动半价就是1480。一个疗程5大盒。3大盒就是888元。这个是我们当时的报价。各位想一下。我去的时候他们已经做了一个月了。每天的成交任务定在15--20万不等。这个是一个暴利！而这个产品的效果如何呢！？？？呵呵，其实会有患者在订购后会打电话来。他们反应的是不是效果很好呢？错！错！！错！！！他们大部分会说这个东西效果不怎么样，症状没有减轻，还有一些患者会说不到没有好转，反而更严重了！药从耳朵滴进去流到嘴巴里去了！而我们对于所有的问题都是“你的使用方法不对”。然后再对症进行处理！这个铁皮石斛疗效肯定是有的！为什么这么说？因为像《补王冬虫夏草》《铁皮石斛》《红枫叶胶囊》《久久吉草》等等他们其实都是保健品！对人身体都没有明显的危害！而且他们都是有批号的。唉！其实我也不知道怎么说，反正就是你要钱多没地花可以去买这些东西！不过我可以明确的告诉你，我现在受到良心的谴责，所以我辞职了！抱歉各位！我第一次答题，有点紧张！
