So i just came back from my Dr appointment and she told me im 2cm dilated. And im 32 weeks. I know it can happen. But isn't it too early to dilate ?. She said i can possibly go into pre term labor which is what im afraid of. Or Am i just being to worried?

It's not too early. And it doesn't mean you'll have your baby early either. Everyone's body is different, I was 2 cm for 10 weeks with my first, she was born just shy of 41 weeks. Just be aware of early labor symptoms and call your doc or go to l&d if you need to.

The only time i was checked for dialation was at 35 or 37 weeks, i forget now, and i was also 2 cm dialated. Had dd

I was a cm dilated and 50% effaced at 33 weeks and I still went past my due date with my last baby. It is completely normal and it really doesn't mean anything! I refuse cervical checks bc of this reason. No need to worry about something that you can't control. Good luck, OP!!

Why is your title so many numbers? As for your post, I found using cold water at the end of my shower on my head helps as well as using shampoo with aloe in it.

Baby boy has been torturing me since last night? Constant lightning crotch and pressure as if hes jumping on my cervix. I have to clench my legs together or it feels like he's going to fall out. Diahrrea and a stomach ache that lasted till a few hours ago. Is this normal?

Thank you! I got home, took a shower and am laying down now. The stabbing pains have calmed but he is still pushing with a lot of pressure. H put my feet up and we're waiting to see if that helps.. If not i'll be calling l&d in a while..

Ended up calling and they said it's normal for his gestational age (33weeks). As long as he doesn't stop moving and I don't start having contractions, water breakage, or bleeding he is all right?

Raisin Bran, Shredded Wheats, salads and water (over 64oz a day). Only things that helped me.
I have prune juice in the frig as backup if it gets really bad.

I recently started taking magnesium for headaches, and it turns out it keeps me from getting so constipated too! Bonus! I'd check with your doc, but maybe that is an option?
