The solder will make the two kinds of material connect tog this method could be called welding. Because the melting point of the solder is low, it is also called soldering. Soldering means using the solder to make two kinds of material together, the chemic force is far stronger than physical force. — 点焊: 连接器与芯线熔合为一体, 一般采用点焊方式. Spot soldering: it is usually used to solder the core cable with the connector. — 环焊: 线材编织与连接器通过铜泊或外壳 360 度环焊连接的焊接方式. Rounding soldering: it is usually used to solder the braid shield to the copper foil that packs on the connector — 搭焊: 芯线间的的连接焊接方式. Butt soldering: A soldering method used to solder between core cables. — 镀锡: 将芯线用锡镀成一股,便于客户使用的焊接前处理. Tinning: Tin the core cables into one section before soldering, so that the customers could use it easily. 原理 Principle:— 焊锡是将熔化之锡焊附着于洁净这金属面,此时锡与被焊物形成金属化合物,相互连接在一起。总之,锡焊是利用焊锡作媒介,藉加热而使 A﹑B 两金属物接合,且由熔化之焊锡与被焊物 之表面产生新的合金属。(参考图一) Soldering means the attachment of the melted tin to the clean surface of the metal, then the two material joint together to form a compound. So when soldering, please Page 10 of 93 CABLE 加工标准pay attention to the temperature of the brand iron and the speed of soldering. 焊锡基本知识 The basic knowledge of soldering: — 焊锡之效果乃由被焊金属表面与焊锡是否洁净所决定。 凡金属置于空气中,与氧作用而产生氧 化膜,而加热之助焊剂可于金属表面,进行轻微之化学还原反应,使得氧化松动,然后湿润金属 表面,使氧化物凝结并悬浮在助焊剂内。但助焊剂只能对轻微之金属氧化层发生作用。其它如 块状腐蚀物﹑锈层﹑油垢等应使用机械研磨或化学方法清除。(参考图二) The soldering effect is depending on whether the surface of the metal is clean or not. When the metal is in the air, the metal will have chemical reactions with the oxygen and produce a kind of oxidation membrane. The heated soldering flux will take off the membrane of the oxygen and filter into the surface of the metal. The welding flux could not have a completely chemical reaction with the membrane of the oxygen, it just could take off a little of the membrane. The big nubbly corrupt material, the rust, the oil dirt and the other kind of dirt should be cleaned by chemical method or mechanical method. The standard soldering should be a bright, smooth half ball with proper size. 焊点不可有假焊,虚焊,搭焊,锡尖,锡渣,焊点过大过小,芯线分叉,焊接是否牢固, 锡点不光亮.否则不可接收. Soldering has no faulty soldering, weak soldering, joining soldering, spinous tin, tin dregs, too small or too big tin point, branch—off cords, infirmed soldering and lightless tin spot. Otherwise it will be rejected. — 不可烫伤芯线,外皮及连接器的胶芯部分. Don’t scald the cords, outer-shuck and plastic core of connector. — PIN 位不可焊错或焊反. PIN position should not be soldered wrong or reverse — 芯线上不得有锡渣.
