【求助】RFP稳定转染细胞后western blot抗体如何选择？求高手建议

本人已成功将红色荧光蛋白基因转染至癌细胞，并已获得稳定表达株。显微镜下80%-90%的红色荧光率。现想做western blot进一步确认结果，针对该红色荧光蛋白，不知道该选用何种抗体（一抗）。请各位大神帮帮忙，急急急！基因信息：DsRed Monomer，EU
，粗略估计蛋白大小25KD左右。参阅过abcam公司的一些抗体，还是无法最后下决定购买哪个，因为从未进行过类似实验，烦请各位支招，不胜感激！！急急急！

这个看着就可以，有人做过wb的。有图有真相。其实不如直接用你自己的目的蛋白鉴定表达。

abcam的技术人员推荐我用ab62341，但是这个条带貌似在30kd，他说ab28664只能识别带tag的，我犯糊涂了，到底改选那个，请高人指教
