Advanced Topography
The Medmont E300 Corneal Topographer is a renowned market leader in corneal topography, offering superior patient comfort and accuracy and the robust features that come from working in the Medmont Studio integrated software environment. E300 is a computerised Video-Keratometer, using Placido rings to map the surface of the human cornea. The results of patient exams can be used to assist in contact lens fitting, refractive surgery, orthokeratology and general assessment of the cornea.
Exceptional Corneal Coverage
Using 32 rings with 9,600 measurement points and 102,000 analyze points, the E300 provides detailed topography data over a wide area of the human cornea. Coverage extends from a minimum ring diameter of 0.25mm to beyond 10mm, which is ideal for detailed assessment of corneal pathologies and accurate contact lens fitting.
Automated Image Capture and Analysis
Fully automatic image capture keeps patient testing both fast and simple. Images are captured automatically with a simple built-in alignment system. Simply position the instrument, guided by the intuitive 3D focussing target, and let the software do the rest.
Each video frame is analysed in terms of centering, focus and movement. The four best frames are automatically captured and displayed in preview windows, updating progressively as more images are taken, allowing the user to easily view and save the most suitable images for further analysis.
Contact Lens Fitting Software
Automatic fitting of RGP lenes, including multiple peripheral curves, toric, aspheric and conic designs is quickly and easily performed with the E300. An expandable database of standard lens designs is included. Manual adjustment and repositioning of the lens can be preformed, with the results presented on a simulated fluroescein display and a tear film clearance graph.
Driven by Medmont Studio
Medmont E300 is controlled from within the Medmont Studio integrated software environment and communicates via a USB slot.
Medmont Studio has a friendly and familiar user interface that will leave no regular Windows user lost or confused.

Seamless Integration
Medmont Studio is the integrated software package that brings the
M700, E300 and DV2000 together into a unified working environment. Move seamlessly between perimetry results, corneal maps and
retinal images in a friendly user interface that mirrors familiar
Windows(TM) navigation. Medmont Studio comes with the purchase of any M700 or E300
instrument, and uses plugin architecture to grow with you as your
practice does. Each time you purchase a Medmont instrument, the new module and
options required for that instrument become available.
Network Friendly
Medmont Studio works on a standard Windows(TM) network, allowing concurrent
access from multiple workstations and making viewing, editing and
printing exams available to all (a licence must be purchased for each
additional user. Users can be resticted from editing or removing
exams and other program features if required).
Practice Management Integration
Medmont Studio can integrate with many Practice Management Systems such
as Optomate Premier and Sunix, taking software integration one step
further by allowing you to use your existing patient records and
refraction data in Medmont Studio.

Pentium(TM) processor-based personal computer, P4 2.8 GHz or Higher (P4 1GHz minimum).
NTFS file system (installed by default on XP/Vista/Server 2003).
1 GB RAM or more (512MB minimum)
VGA card supporting at least 24-bit colour and 128MB onboard
memory. Video cards that share main memory are not recommended. For
stereo viewing using shutter glasses, a compatible NVidia video card is
DirectX v9.0c or higher

medmont地形图测量精度高，可重复性好，是硬性角膜接触镜验配的利器。今天说下该地形图软件的基本使用方法。
一、如何导出患者的检查资料：
Home标签：
先选取要导出的患者
上图中选取了Jones
Chris 这个患者
点击上方file-export
选取要保存的患者文件位置，如下图我保存在E盘根目录下。大家如果要导出的，可以选择导出到U盘。注意，U盘不要有病毒，使用前可先查杀病毒，或者先格式化U盘。
&把这个文件发给别人，就可以在别的电脑上打开患者的地形图资料，获得技术支持。
二、如何注明地形图中试戴使用的参数和试戴时间？
还是以这个Jones
Chris患者为例，先双击这个患者名字，可展开下面列出的该患者做过的地形图目录
在患者的资料页上有三个标签：general（总览），包括患者的姓名、生日、性别等资料，其中有一个external record，我们在这里录入患者的电话号码。
我们就可以在患者查找中的 external ID 中录入患者的电话号码，来查找患者。
第二个标签clinical
（临床描述）
Procedure（程序），点击可以选择患者种类：cataract/IOL （白内障、人工晶体眼），corneal
graft （角膜移植），lasik 术，ortho-k
角膜塑形，PRK
（一种角膜屈光手术），RGP ，RK（一种角膜屈光手术）。如果无特殊，则可以不录入。
Conditions 是病情，都是一些眼科临床的疾病，一般情况下大家可以不用填写。
refraction （现有屈光度数），大家分别在右眼、左眼填写 sphere（球镜）、cylinder（柱镜） axis（轴向）vertex
distance （镜眼距离）如果是框架填12mm。如果是接触镜填0mm
Comment标签，可以手工说明该患者的其他具体情况。
完成后，点击save。保存。
在左侧的患者栏，点击其中一个要说明的地形图，如下图
点击下方第四个标签“comment”（这个词是评论的意思）
比如：填入“试戴
11.00 ，2晚”后，点击comment框左边侧栏的“保存”。
同样的，保存后，就能看到其试戴参数和时间了。如果是圆锥角膜则可以描述使用的基弧、直径等参数。也可以填写其他的备注说明。
