Payment and Cash Management (PCM) HSBC is recognised as one of the top tier providers of Global Payments and Cash Management services in the Asia-Pacific region. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
o Promotes and prioritises our customer when making decisions or taking action and encourages colleagues to do the same
o Keeps up-to-date with HSBC strategy and external trends and looks for ways to translate these into delivering enhanced customer services or solutions
o Engages with our customers, colleagues and stakeholders to build a trust-based relationship to deliver a connected service on a continuing basis o Knows and understands the local and/or international financial services industry in commercial, socio-economic and political terms o Takes responsibility for resolving issues or difficulties and collaborates with others to identify and act on simple p share knowledge and give instruction to the team o Analyses and interprets the changing external regulatory framework for their business segment o Uses their knowledge of their customers and the marketplace to find opportunities, achieve their targets and HSBC's goals and help others do the same o Uses a range of tactics to connect, engage with and build rapport with their customers in order to responsibly influence their decisions and drive customer advocacy o Prepares for and manages difficult conversations and emotive issues with tact and sensitivity o Takes a strategic approach to proactively identifying, planning and managing long terms opportunities that others miss with both new and existing high value customers.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:- University above degrees (recognized by the state), fluent in oral/written in English and Chinese, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with strategic and logical thinking- More than 8 years cash management banking experience, with strong expereince in Client Managmenet, broader transactional banking experience is beneficial.- University above graduate- More than 5 years people ma at least 3 years expereince in managing more than 20 direct/functional reports.- Excellent knowledge and direct expereince of managing client service team or front office function in banking areas.- Excellent in difficult trouble shooting, can engage and mobile resources to lead the team to deliver high quality and efficient services to clients- Can motivate the team to continue improving in quality, efficiency, professionalism and maximizing business value to become a leading team in the market- Proactive to engage and build up relationship with key internal and external stakeholders including very senior level to promote PCM value and achieve common goals
