　　Essential Responsibilities:
　　- Complete the new process transition and mig document the operation procedures in standard format.
　　- Complete the invoice processing, payment processing, AP accounting, sub-ledgers closing, customer enquiry etc. timely.
　　- Responsible for verify, analyze, investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies.
　　- Need to be fully aware the accuracy, cycle time, etc… for uploading, payment, closing.

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　- Collection, preparation & analysis of financial data, legal documents and other relevant info required for local tax filings/ tax audits and any other statutory requirements
　　- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the tax returns and schedules prepared
　　- Provide/prepare documents supporting the transactional data
　　- Prepare quarterly tax provision for businesses/divisions under your care, prepare annual RTA, perform ASC740 and ETR analysis, validate tax balance sheet accounts, coordinate with businesses and local tax team with respect to valuation allowance and FIN48 reserve analysis
　　- Prepare VAT/GST return reconciliations, including monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations before the return is filed
　　- Prepare prepayment settlement of outstanding CIT/VAT/GST and Tax liability if necessary
　　- Completion of VRT (GE Tool) as part of the VAT filing process
　　- Update eCompliance once the return is filed & upload filed documents electronically
　　- Assist with all tax operational matters and identify any compliance issues. Escalating matters to Tax Ops Leader for advice and resolution

　　- Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Recommend and develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the close process
　　- Handle accounting transactions in the following areas as appropriate
　　- Fixed assets: Close work/ Asset inventory, Calculate and reconcile depreciation
　　- Cash and bank: Reconcile daily cash and bank balances
　　- Payroll: Record and reconcile.

　　- Responsible for the high quality of reporting and analysis, put forward advice and suggestion to management based on the analysis. Set standard form and related SOP for branches, and train them to meet the requirements
　　- Set up timetable to control and monitor branch account closure to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and yearly financial reports. Lead branches to avoid mistake and correct it if any
　　- Responsible for the management of asset, to check and control the asset purchase of each branch in line with the yearly budget plan
　　- Responsible for the regular reconciliation of overseas parties from China respect. Close communication with branches for follow-up and settlement so as to prevent any long-aging.
　　Major Requirements:
　　- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, and with certificate of accounting or auditing
　　- At least 2 years working experience in F&A, reporting (priority if with experience of auditing, taxation audit, consulting in Big 4 Firms)
　　- Excellent skill on office software, especially Excel and PPT, being familiar with various accounting software
