五一节提的车，手动五门提车就跑了2000km多基本全是高速，还没野过碰巧赶上订购班长后杠三天就到货提货时就感觉很实在，沉甸甸的呀车提回来就没时间去伺候前几天才抽空找个点安装后杠上架装的一个人主装，另一个人配合么半个多小时没有加垫片支架靠最后位看看整体效果反正都说这杠子实在一次安装到位平看过去木问题两端间隙也匀称估计大家也看到，顶胎杠没装是的，不加垫片，后杠位置偏高不仅顶胎杠放不下还存在两个接触：一是后杠与硬罩搭扣接触，没间隙二是拖车杠与牌照架接触，几乎没间隙我个人本不愿意加垫，降低支架、后杠高度因为这会引起离去角变小再说加垫块，就没有不加牢靠另外，原配支架安装螺栓的平垫不够给力，如图图中还可看出：每个支架前端不远（～50mm），还有外侧边（～100mm），各有一个螺孔这两个螺孔再用起来的话，后杠可就结实啦还有就是：支架与后杠装配用螺栓过长而u型螺栓过短（无法装配弹簧垫片，是个问题）顶胎杠的旋紧螺杆手轮不给力薄、光滑、小真的用上顶胎杠这个手轮肯定得轧花无聊之余磨几道槽感觉也蛮好在钢材市场瞎转悠，没寻着铝合金边角料先用碳钢吧看到一店有这玩意废弃一旁一量，70×70×10mm（孔约20mm）（支架宽度60mm）呵呵，谁为我准备的呀还有平垫不给力，也顺便解决正巧，冲床旁一堆的小园片直径40mm，厚度5mm，真给力哈不过得加工，中心冲孔，直径14mm师傅亲自上阵整旧如新是我的拿手好戏赶紧找店调整安装去方孔垫和加厚加大平垫此次调整装配结果目视看来不错右端略比左端高些（不到～5mm）暂时就这样吧洗车去明天进行处野我想，还会有第三次后杠拆装大概是制作L型垫块，用上底盘的四个螺孔材料首选铝合金板，或不锈钢板厚度6mm时间嘛，1-2月之内吧后杠是素车加装（或改装）的第一件以后还会有若干件尽可能上作业吧

今天去车友处安装了前杠、更换了全部护板。 上次去参观了车友的工厂，加上看到许多车友的使用体验，决定今天去安装前杠和水箱护板。不过，上了举升机，作为行家的车友，看了看原来安装的云南护板，建议一次性全部更换，防护会一步到位，我一想，既来之则安之吧，所以今天连全套护板和前杠都搞定了。十点准时抵达东南四环外的工厂，在不锈钢城里面，导航精准。上架子。后面贴得有点花。更换全套不锈钢护板。现在已经有全套的五块护板，包括别人没有的水箱护板。去年夏天进藏前安装了云南护板，薄一点，但不越野的话，是超高性价比的选择。但我这套的分动箱护板过于紧贴分动箱，如果被硬石头硌一下就会影响分动箱体了。拆下来，上面有点油泥，泥是红土，可能还是来自云南的。前后差都没有阴油情况，分动箱有点，感觉是从加油口阴出来的，好在问题不大。分动箱油是四保更换的，不知道是不是油封没抹胶的缘故？后差护板先换上。不锈钢材质，厚度不错。看着不错分动器护板，比别家的宽展，保护范围大一点。前面是变速箱、发动机和水箱护板。车友自己的设计，能工巧匠，有心啊！拆下水箱扰流板，看得出来，超维的水箱位置的确很低。准备安装前杠支架，原车孔位，设计合理。前杠支架安装水箱护板包住水箱，感觉不错。护板都做了打孔处理，通风效果好。分动器护板安好后的效果全套五块的效果。发动机护板留好了机油口。鸟枪换炮。不为别的，就为了以后多跑些地方。前杠，直径6厘米，厚度3毫米，重量约16公斤。安装上的效果不错。简洁大方，低调点挺好。全部搞定这是车友的超维。做了垫块升高。后杠也不错。他的前杠。我的前杠。出去转一圈，感觉一下护板的情况。停在一起，他的车高了几公分。明年看情况再考虑升高，今天恰好遇到了三洪星的大圣老板，他们的店铺也在那边，抽空准备去考察一下。前杠的位置低，跑烂路遇到石块什么的还是很有用啊。今天天气不错，安装好前杠、更换全套的护板，心情很好，简单做个记录，分享给广大车友吧！ 用户名 操作 操作时间 查看全部 ...…0&&parseInt(document.getElementById('custompage').value)页&&1&&parseInt(document.getElementById('custompage').value)楼&&

首先是预装配（所有螺栓都不紧固到位！）
预装配先后是：支架与底盘，后杠与与支架，拖车杠与支架，最后是u型螺栓
预紧（不加力紧固），并调整水平、间隙等
最后再紧固到位

搭扣碰后杠不是个事
琢磨支架加垫，降低高度
多少合适？整体垫块还是独立垫块？材料？整体降低还是倾斜降低？
多少合适？估计，后杠降低2-3cm才够上顶胎杠，而此时对离去角影响太大。近期无远行计划，就先降低1cm，保证搭扣与后杠，车牌与拖车杠不干涉就行。
整体还是独立垫块？整体牢靠吧，但材料多，重。因材制宜吧
材料？合金铝很好，轻，不锈。钢制则重。
整体还是倾斜？感觉倾斜对底盘螺孔受力不利，还是整体吧。
在钢材市场瞎转悠，没寻着铝合金边角料
先用碳钢吧
