　　近日，一则“连天红上海店面全部关闭”的消息，引发消费者的关注？近两年，连天红忽悠消费者、长时间拖延供货、资金链断裂等负面消息不绝于耳。不少消费者致电本报，询问北京连天红店面是否关闭？是否可以放心在北京连天红的店面购买家具？带着消费者的这些疑问，北京晨报记者走访了京城几大红木家具市场。
　　北京剩三家店面 暂未撤店
　　3月29日，北京晨报记者首先来到集美家居红木楼。乘坐扶梯刚到二楼，连天红硕大的“终身无理由退货”这几个大字映入眼帘，进入店里，灯光半开，服务台前坐着两位姑娘，正嗑着瓜子，看着顾客简短地回答：只卖样品，不接受订做。都是自提。没有流露出要继续推荐的意思。北京晨报记者再次致电红星美凯龙朝阳路商场客服部询问连天红店面的情况，工作人员表示，连天红从2015年10月份从其卖场撤出，红星目前没有连天红的店面，对于撤出的原因，客服人员没有做过多解释，称是合同到期。
　　记者联系到连天红客服部，工作人员告诉北京晨报记者：目前连天红在北京有三家店面，分别落地于城外诚家居广场、集美家居大红门店、北京奥北之家店。另外客服人员也告诉北京晨报记者：暂时没有收到连天红在北京撤店的消息。
　　集美家居控股集团企划总监丁玲告诉北京晨报记者：目前没有收到连天红撤店的消息。集美对于要撤店的企业或者品牌是有管控的，需要提前填写申请表，才可以进行撤店。一位不愿透露姓名的卖场红木区域负责人告诉北京晨报记者，连天红与卖场服务有些不同。作为家具企业，他们提出：终身无理由退货。而且连天红方也做出承诺：连天红所售家具与卖场无关，与消费者签署的买卖合同也都是连天红自己的售卖合同。关于连天红是否将从北京撤店，北京晨报记者电话联系到其总部进行询问，负责人表示没有接到这样的消息。
　　销售员只卖样品
　　不愿接受订做
　　北京晨报记者走访了集美家居大红门店、城外诚店，连天红的店面表面上运作正常，不过让记者不解的是，导购员都提议消费者从样品中选购，不接受订货。而对于不接受订货的原因，连天红导购员告诉记者：一般家具定做需要五个月左右，订货的时间没准儿，或许会有延期，而对于延期多长时间也无法给出具体回复，所以建议购买样品，而且订做并不享受现在的折扣。
　　此外，导购员还告诉北京晨报记者，连天红按斤论价，但是价格非一成不变，会随着市场变化进行波动，导购员建议消费者可随时关注连天红官网，单价的调整都会第一时间在官网上显示。在调查过程中，北京晨报记者还发现：对于所购买的样品家具，都需要自提，不负责送货。“送货的要求和条件是在购买非打折商品且总额在5000元以上的北京区域内。”导购员解释道。
　　购买红木家具
　　需签正规卖场的标准合同
　　面对近两年红木家具企业资金链断裂、企业撤店，甚至老板跑路的窘境，消费者该如何维护自己的权益？居然之家丽泽店红木大堂负责人封新华表示，红木家具的价格都不低，对消费者来说，最关键的就是选择放心卖场，签订卖场合同，享有独立第三方保护。在购买家具时，不能贪图小便宜或者嫌麻烦，将现金直接交到店铺。一旦产品出现问题，消费者在与商家沟通不畅，问题难以得到解决。如果有卖场合同的保护，出现问题，消费者在与商家沟通不下，可以选择与卖场进行协商。另外，品牌的选择也很重要，不过选择了放心的卖场，也就意味着品牌有了保障。
　　购买家具时，与卖场签订合同很有必要，按照家居卖场规则，在卖场购买产品，而且是与卖场签订了买卖合同，一旦所购产品出现问题，或者遭遇商家撤店、跑路等情况，卖场会根据“先行赔付”负责解决相关问题。
　　■新闻背景
　　随着上海的董先生近日曝出的“两年未收到连天红家具”，连天红又一次占据舆论风口。整理资料发现，连天红倒闭的消息不是近期才出现，2015年“连天红倒闭”就在行业争议声中成为了热搜词。有业内人士分析称：从2007年到2013年，连天红短时间内，在全国开设了280多家直营店，占用了公司大笔资金，加上大幅度增加产品款式和可选材质，加剧企业资金链紧张度。近期有新闻报道：连天红在上海的店面基本处于关闭状态，业界便开始紧张：连天红在北京的店面也将要撤出？事情真的如此吗？对于这个问题，北京家居卖场负责人表示没有收到连天红的撤店消息。
