　　说起小笼包，当属上海弄堂里的包子铺最正宗。小笼包在工艺上用不发酵的精面粉为皮，采用手工剁成的猪腿精肉为馅料，肉馅里还加上肉皮冻。所以小笼包里流出来的汤汁并不是油，而是皮冻的汤汁，吃起来不油腻，很香美。虽说是南方小城，可是越来越被北方人认可和喜爱！一起来看看哪些地方可以让你吃到地道的小笼包吧。
　　推荐理由：是一家非常有名的连锁小笼包的店，店内就可以透过玻璃看见小笼包现场制作的过程。很多人都慕名而来。传统鲜肉小笼包，蟹粉鲜肉小笼包都是肉味挺浓的，小笼包里面的汤汁很多，汤汁比较甜，吃着还是新鲜的，跟北方的包子不太一样。鲜虾小笼包也是招牌菜，里面有一整个大虾仁，弄堂猪肝的量挺大，猪肝炒得也不错，没有什么腥味，不过略微有点点辣。西湖醉鱼有点吃不惯，鱼肉是挺大块儿的，但是是熏咸鱼的味道，有点咸。绿茶饼这个要赞美一下，炸得很透，外脆里嫩的，感觉不输外婆家的绿茶饼。绿茶味道不浓烈，里面是香芋的夹馅儿，甜甜的，外面一圈芝麻炸得很香。&[1]&&&&&
