那个new other不代表就是旧的，主要是看该卖家的信用，而且有这种问题完全可以邮件问客服是最直接的。有很多中国卖家会用new other这个描述，是因为在发货的过程中为了省运费，把原包装拆掉了，淘宝也有很多这种做法不是吗，不带原包装为了避免和客户纠纷，有的就用new other而不是new。
