本人6月13日到美的专卖店去买了一台冰箱，刷卡消费，第一次刷卡失败，刷第二次同样失败，第三次刷卡成功，打了电脑小票，回家后发现扣了三次款，第一次刷卡失败的冲正回来了，第二次的没有冲正回来，到店方去查询，店方显示有消费失败记录，没有扣款记录，到银行和POS机那里交涉，都叫我等消息，等到现在已经两个多月过去了还没有结果，请问我该怎么办？
