FY2013 Highlights:
• A total of 39 transactions closed during fiscal year 2013.
• 19 loans were either paid-in-full or paid-off through discounted payoffs.
• 20 non-performing loans were successfully restructured.• Responsible for the management of assigned commercial, middle market, credit relationships, totaling approximately $125 million in loan commitments, as well as the origination and coordination of closings of new loans.
• Managed accounts in diverse industries such as wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, retail sales, and professional services, among others.
• Approved daily credit line advances to clients.
• Evaluated clients and prospects for cross-sell opportunities.
• Assisted and provided information on assigned accounts to federal and state regulators, external and internal auditors, appraisers, and other consultants and service providers as necessary and required.• Responsible for the underwriting of middle market commercial loans.
• Independently prepared timely, high-quality analytical work upon which significant reliance is placed in the credit approval process.
• Prepared timely annual and periodic reviews, and the satisfactory resolution of credit deficiencies such as collateral exceptions and covenant violations.
• Monitored adherence to the approved terms of the loan agreements and other financing documents, including but not limited to the compliance with all covenants and reporting requirements.
• Conducted credit proposal presentations and briefings to the bank’s Credit Manager, Senior Lender and/or Credit Committee, as required. This includes recommendations based on the financial analysis, repayment capacity, and collateral, among other factors.• Responsible for the management of assigned commercial finance accounts totaling approximately $150 million in loans commitments as well as the origination, underwriting and coordination of closings of commercial and business loans, primarily under asset based lending structures.
• Managed and/or worked closely with accounts in diverse industries such as wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, and automobile fleet and retail sales, among others.
• Monitored adherence to the approved terms of the loan agreements and other financing documents, including but not limited to the compliance with all covenants and reporting requirements.
• Approved daily credit line advances to clients.
• Conducted credit proposal presentations and briefings to the bank’s credit committees as required.
• Monitored client’s operations to assess trends, mitigate risk and identify opportunities on an ongoing basis, by reviewing financial, audit, and industry information as relevant.
