Job Description
·Develop process safety management strategy with improvement on process safety standard, tools, programs, training and work processes in a systematic approach, facilitate the implementation of process safety management (PSM) system in the region. Work with each site to develop and implement a concrete roll out plan for process risk assessment (PRA) for existing processes and site projects. Facilitate the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) program.
·Provide training and hand-on coaching through leading and/or facilitating the process risk assessment (PRA) with site team and project team to build up process safety network and enhance process safety competency for the region.
·Provide process safety consulting support and recommend optimal solutions to the engineering, project, operation and business teams in execution of process safety requirements and to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulation requirement.
·Work closely with peers in SHE (safety, healt and environment) team by providing expertise input on process, engineering and risk assessment methodology like qualitative or quantitative tools, to support development of overall regional SHE (safety, healt and environment) programs. Facilitate or participate the root cause analysis and accident investigation of process safety incidents. Collaborate Sites to promote process safety lessen alert in the region.
·Conduct compliance audit to sites on process safety management, either as a dedicated process safety audit or as joint SHE (safety, healt and environment) management audit with other SHE (safety, healt and environment) professional. Identify the common process safety issue across the sites and development improvement plan.The Successful Applicant
Graduated with a Chemical Engineering background
Should have at least eight years of working experience, three years of which is preferred on people management coming from a chemical company

职位职能:??财务经理??总监/部门经理职位描述:Job Description This role will lead the transition of selected accounting functions (during the ASC deployment and beyond) from the existing non-centralized delivery model to a centralized model. This role will develop the strategic direction with the US Executive Leaders and will manage all effective execution and implementation. The Director will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, and position the group for current and future success. Key responsibilities include planning and achievement of performance objectives and goals, efficient, timely and accurate execution of the ASC processes to achieve the customer-agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and goals. This role is responsible for ensuring ASC compliance with global company and country specific statutory and controls requirements. The role also requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships between the ASC and its customers, and is accountable for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the ASC.
Responsibilities General areas of responsibility are as follows:
Strategic Direction Setting
? Facilitate ASC strategic and business planning process and maintain alignment with Walt Disney International (WDI) and Disney Worldwide Shared Services (DWSS) expectations
? Seek opportunities and readiness to expand scope
? Collaborate with stakeholders to set ASC operational performance metric and targets (e.g. SLAs)
? Communicate ASC service performance and charge backs
? Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and scalable growth to support lines of businesses (including the identification of additional opportunities to increase the scope of ASC’s services provided to the business) in collaboration with WDI and DWSS
? Lead the implementation and flawless execution of process transformation projects with WDI and DWSS
? Ensure the development of ASC business continuity plans and risk management strategies
Operational (Service Delivery)
? Oversee the transition of selected accounting functions (during the ASC deployment and beyond) from the existing non-centralized delivery model to a centralized model
? Ensure that consistent, scalable and cost efficient processes are operational within a well-controlled environment
? Provide exceptional leadership for a team of service professionals of approximately 70 employees
? Partner with APAC leadership (i.e. General Managers, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers and Line of Business Finance heads) to ensure the ASC is delivering upon customer needs and key performance metrics
? Act as a point of contact for APAC leadership for issue escalation and resolution
? Ensure proper design, implementation and documentation of strong internal controls and monitor on-going execution to ensure compliance
? Oversee ASC resourcing activities including recruiting, training, career path development/succession planning, team building and performance management with appropriate HR partnership
? Partner with the in-market accounting and finance teams to provide insight, analytics, and reporting
? Ensure the ASC maintains high levels of performance, produc
? Build and maintain a culture that empathizes and fosters accountability, customer service, teamwork, and transparency
? Assure ASC activities are executed in accordance with company policy, local regulatory requirements and SOX
? Oversee interactions with internal and external auditors
? Execute appropriate chargeback strategies in line with tax requirements
? Develop and maintain business continuity and risk management plans
? Creating and maintaining effective and appropriate controls that ensure proper safeguarding of the assets and disbursements of TWDC
? Accountable to Market Chief Financial Officers for timely and high quality service delivery
? Accountable to Walt Disney International Chief Financial Officers, Walt Disney International Controller and Senior Vice President of Disney Worldwide Shared Services for the execution of the ASC strategies and the daily operations of the ASC
? Accountable for all cast members employed in the ASC
? Responsible for the operational budget and performance/outputs of the ASC
Basic Qualifications Experience:
? 10-15 years relevant working experience, of which 5-7 years are in a leadership position, experience in a shared service environment desired
? Excellent organization skills, ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility and able to keep management informed
? Project management skills, ability to develop realistic timelines, manage performance and plan for problem areas
? Operational experience leading a diverse team of professionals
? Continuous improvement, process measurement and quality experience
?
