夏日，阳光直射，空气中温度骤然升高，不适感袭来。但是，和高温一起组CP（组合）来搞事情的，还有一个空气湿度。中国气象局公共气象服务中心首席专家吴英表示，在气象要素中，对人体舒适度有影响的主要是温度、湿度、风和太阳辐射，其中影响比较大的是温度和湿度。研究表明，人体对热的上限温度为32℃，适宜的相对湿度为30%至80%。多种气象要素综合作用，温度17℃至25℃，湿度30%至60%，风速2米/秒至4米/秒左右，这是人感觉最舒服的天气了。一般来说，人体对外界温度变化有一定的适应能力，可以借助体温调节来保持平衡。但人体的调节是有一定限度的，当环境温度过高时，就可能影响到人的体温调节功能，导致人出现中暑和热疲劳。在高温环境中，由于人体处于热应激状态，大量出汗，易导致电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调而出现心律失常。同时，丢失水分过多可引起循环障碍，容易使高血压和心脏病等疾病复发。闷热天气里，人体排汗不畅，还容易导致皮肤过敏症等。有时候，中暑和不适的不仅是身体，还有心理。持续的高温、高湿天气，容易诱发人体的“情绪中暑”（又称为“夏季情感障碍综合征”），包括出现情绪烦躁、爱发脾气、记忆力下降等现象。为什么同样的温度，每个人体感不一样？吴英表示，体感温度是每个人和外界空气接触后感觉到的温度，影响因素比较多，如温度、湿度、风和太阳辐射等。体感温度和大气的湿度关系密切，如果空气的湿度比较大，人就会感到比较闷热。一般而言，气温达到32℃，相对湿度超过80%，人会感到非常闷热、不舒服。如果气温在35℃以上，空气湿度小，又有风，虽然会感觉到太阳比较晒，但人体不会那么难受。已赞过你对这个回答的评价是？评论

1、冬天湿度为30％至80％；夏天湿度为30％至60％。在此范围内感到舒适的人占95％以上。人体在室内感觉最舒适的温度是15—18℃为宜，如果室内空气不流通或者相对湿度小于35％，且室内气温超过25℃以上时，人体就开始从外界吸收热量，你就会有热的感觉。2、在休息、睡觉等较少活动量的状态下，房间相对湿度在50%到60%之间，人体会感觉到比较舒适。假如湿度设定太低，会让人感觉到干燥，而且室内、外湿度差别较大，湿气扩善较快。3、当室内湿度降低到设定湿度时又非常快的变高了，致使压缩机频繁的开机和停机，这样会缩短除湿机的使用寿命，也消耗比较多的能源。这是从减少故障发生率，延长其使用寿命考虑。
