美国客户退货返工的流程操作，拜托！
这里骨灰级外贸人士比较多。
我有一个美国的客户，因为做的产品尺寸有一点问题，需要退回来返工，那客户那边的具体操作和我这边的具体操作流程有哪些？
是不是有一种专门的通道来操作这种情况的？
请大虾们指点指点！拜托了！！！！

联系帮你出口这票货物的货代，看看他们是否有做过退运返修，如做过的话，提供相应的资料，请他们报下退运的价格。
如没有做过的话，最好找家有这方面经验的货代来帮你。
你这边只需要准备一些资料就可以了。

非常麻烦。。。第一。 货退回来的运费，这个看什么货。涉及到海运的各种杂费，香港进口回来的费用&&第二。返修回来的货物你走什么渠道。现在进口的价格普遍加高时效慢。
所以&&退回来的可能又是一笔不小的费用。相对你的货值而言如果太贵了&&不妨考虑降价处理给客户&&如果货值较高，倒是可以想办法弄回来，整个流程无非就是美国订好船期到香港然后在报税进口到深圳，在安排国内的货运送到你工厂。

很多做贸易的朋友注册香港公司后，对单据处理疑问较多，下面我们详细介
绍一下利用香港公司做转口贸易中的单据处理。
1.Commercial Invoice 卖方为已注册香港公司名称
2.Packing List 卖方是已注册香港公司名字
3.B/L 一般情况，B/L 的 Shipper 要和 Commercial Invoice 和 Packing List
的出具人保持一致，若是你自己找的 Forwarder（是指你自己联系且你付运杂费
包括海运费保管费等），那很简单，你直接告诉他们 Shipper 应该怎么打就可
以了。你付给他们运杂费你就是货主，他们不会理会报关申请人（代理公司） 名
称是不是和 B/L 的 Shipper 一致。所以最好不要用代理公司的 Forwarder，以免
如果是客户指定 Forwarder，FOB 成交的话，只要这个 Forwarder 的费
用是你们付的,你是他客户，那也问题不大，让他们 Shipper 出你香港公司名字
4.C/O:要找代理公司做，香港公司没法做。自然 C/O 上的发货人就是代理公
司的名字，不过这没什么关系，后面解释。但有一点非常重要， C/O 上显示的
Invoice number 要和你自己做的香港公司的发票之 Invoice Number 一致（下面
Form A 同理）。
5.Form A:必须要代理公司才能做。一般 C/O 或 Form A 客户只要其中一种
的，不同国别地区，要求不同。
6.许可证:也不能由香港公司出，所以卖方名字也不能是你们香港公司，不过
许可证应和 C/O、Form A 同类，卖方名字和箱单发票不一致没有关系。
7.除 C/O、Form A 和许可证外，所有其它乱七八糟的档都可以你们自己香
港公司出（比如有些信用证里规定的保证未使用童工/非法劳工证明啊之类的），
落款名字都需和箱单发票的发货人一致。
然后涉及到客户需接受第三方单据（ Third Party Documents）了。你
直接向客户说明，请他确认接受，一般都没有问题（至少欧洲是这样），因为他
们清关的时候他们的海关是可以接受第三方出具的 C/O 或 Form A 的，所以同
不同意接受 TPD 在乎客户自己，跟他们的法律规定没什么关系。
一般付款方式，只要客户邮件或传真确认接受第三方单据就没问题，但
如果做 L/C 的话，记得一定要客户在 L/C 里注明一条：Third Party Documents
Acceptable 不然会很麻烦，最轻是单证不符、单单不符，不符点扣款（50-150
美金）；严重情况，客户拒收、拒付，那就麻烦大了！

出口货物退回返修再出口问题

请高人指点：我公司应客户要求将2009年出口的货物退回国内返修，价值为2000件*28.5（美元）=57000（美元），我公司委托外贸公司退回该批货物，但要外税局补缴退税款人民币56000元，是由外贸公司支付，再由我公司付回外贸公司，现在货物返修好了再出口，返修费10美元，想请我公司如何开具发票给外贸公司？怎样收回之前补缴的退税款？急！！！！！！

9:03:12没有无尘室，条件不比得国内有能力做的工厂人家不愿意给做，毕竟存在竞争而且人家的生产也是排满的；所以只能找些小工厂，但肯定设备不全。没离子枪，找了气枪但空气干燥设备不理想，会喷出水雾在LCD上。现在彻底没辙了机器是国内组装的，现在要返工换壳，但拆机屏上会留灰尘，量多所以拉回去就不划算了，只能想办法就地返工liyan092x Post at

（1）现在的房子一般都是2玻1中空的玻璃，更多是通过玻璃的型材及品牌进行说事，隔音效果会比早先的老社区好的多——当然这是在售楼处没在实体楼里的说辞（2）若实体楼里客户觉得嘈，那你们开发商是否有相对的价格让步，至少要比不临街不吵的户型便宜吧
