货物发生延误分成两种情况：1、我司操作原因造成延误的，在我司承诺时效超过4个工作日的给予每天每公斤减免运费的补偿，最多不超过整体运费的50%；2、因海关例行查验原因造成延误的，我司原则上不予补偿。
分两种情况：1、客户在发货前在我司投保的，按照客户提供的采购价值进行赔偿，并退丢失部分货物的运费（以客户发货时提供的发票价值为准）；2、客户没有投保的如果后端是快递派送的按照快递的赔偿标准执行，或者按照两倍的运费赔偿并且不退运费。所以客户在跟我司合作的时候建议购买运输保险。
FEDEX追踪单号在货物交至我司后即可生成，美国清关放行后即可上网查询转运轨迹。
按方收费，不足一方按一方，同时；按1：363计费，一体积对应363千克（美国除外一体积对应200千克），例如：1000千克/1CBM，如果是去英国，按2.755方来收费，去美国按价格表里说明来计费。
货到仓库后第二天可以查询上网轨迹
我司空运出口主要使用广州、香港两个口岸机场，起飞后2-3天到达清关口岸。

最近有不少朋友问，什么是空加派？
所谓&空&就是空运呗；所谓&派&就是派送呗。&空加派&就是空运加上派送呗。
&美国UPS空加派&同理&&起运地机场-目的地机场（头程）空运，通过空运飞到美国后，再通过UPS快递&派送&到门或指定仓库。
&欧洲FBA空加派&也是同理&&起运地机场-目的地机场（头程）空运，通过空运飞到欧洲后，再通过快递或其他方式&派送&到指定的亚马逊FBA仓库。
什么是FBA仓库？又晕菜了吧。
FBA的全称是Fulfillment by Amazon&&&由亚马逊完成&，即由Amazon仓库提供的代发货业务（这种仓库称为FBA仓库）。
FBA有点类似于京东物流，无论是京东自营、还是非自营，都由京东物流发货。例如：有很多中国的卖家在亚马逊上申请账号，然后通过亚马逊这个平台把东西卖给国外的消费者，类似在淘宝上开店，只不过在淘宝上卖货基本都是卖给国内消费者。
国外买家下单后，如果在中国发货，时效会非常差，可能买家一两个星期都收不到货。为了提高服务水平，卖家可以选择亚马逊提供的FBA服务，根据销售预测先把货物通过海运、空运或快递等方式，较大批量地运到国外，先放到亚马逊FBA仓库。这样的话，一旦国外买家下单，就可以直接从亚马逊FBA仓库发货。例如美国的买家下单后，货物直接从美国的FBA仓库发出，这样相当于美国国内的快递，时效和质量得到大幅度提升。
具体来说，美国FBA&UPS空加派，大致是这样的：
1）头程国际空运。例如：北京（PEK）&洛杉矶（LAX），航空货代安排头程空运航班&&从PKE空运到LAX，国外需要有代理安排美国进口清关。&&这是头程（空运）。
2）到达目的地机场（如LAX）后，代理安排清关，清完后把货提到代理自己的仓库，然后通知UPS来仓库提货，最终把货派送到亚马逊FBA仓库；或者清关完毕后，通知UPS直接到机场监管仓提货，直接送到亚马逊FBA仓库。这是续程（由快递派送）
为什么头程走空运，而不是全程都用国际快递（如UPS）？
&&因为国际空运比国际快递便宜呗。大概是为了省钱，节约物流成本，于是兴起了空加派这种新兴的物流模式吧。
总之，空+派：就是空运和本土快递分开，总体下来就把成本降低了。而如果全程都由国际快递公司（如DHL，UPS，联邦快递，TNT）负责，就是全包，渠道由他们内部优化。这样的服务价格通常会比较高。
