新华社重庆10月18日专电 （记者程正军）当前，银行推出的外汇理财产品越来越多，外汇理财产品设计也越来越复杂，普通投资者很难看懂。对此，中信银行重庆分行理财专家提醒，投资者购买外汇理财产品一定考虑到自身的风险承受能力，尽量不要购买设计复杂、不能准确判断风险的外汇理财产品，特别需要警惕以下三大风险。
一是市场风险。一些银行推出的外汇理财产品与汇率市场、黄金市场等挂钩，约定如果相关市场指数在事先划定的区间内波动，就可以按实际运行天数得到一个较高的收益率。理财专家说，一般情况下，汇率市场要比黄金市场的波动幅度大很多，因此投资者选择挂钩黄金指数的外汇理财产品更为稳妥。
二是汇率风险。中信银行重庆分行理财专家说，有些银行推出的外汇理财产品完全与汇率挂钩，对于一些跨币种结构性外汇理财产品，投资者应警惕汇率风险。比如，以澳元投资美元的理财产品，银行在运作过程中一般需要先将澳元兑换成美元，待产品到期后，再将运作本金和收益兑换回澳元。在没有风险对冲措施的情况下，两次汇兑的时间错配便会引发汇率风险。
三是收益风险。理财专家说，不少外汇理财产品宣传的预期收益率其实是3年甚至是5年的总收益率，而且外汇理财产品的预期收益率只是一个估计值，不是最终收益率。因此，投资者购买外汇理财产品需要认真阅读产品说明书，不要对理财产品的收益预期过高，应注意以下几点：一是要注意累计收益与年收益的区别，二是到期是否归还本金，三是本金收益由谁兑付。
