散热风扇的保险丝老是被烧到塑料都融化，原来是由于接触不良引起的！！
鉴于 、&&说没有看出来这个是哪里的东西，建议付上全景图，由于当时没有拍下，但是我到网上找到了相应的图片标注出来给大家看得仔细些，也使帖子变完整些！
散热风扇继电器的位置如下图所示：

前段时间发现发动机舱里的散热风扇保险丝老是被烧焦，保险丝没有断，但是塑料已经被烧到融化，担心继续这样下去会出大问题，所以今天把整个继电器拆下来检查，是不是继电器出了问题了！拆下后发现里面真的很恐怖，保险丝插头 那里基本上都烧成碳了，都是以前烧留下的塑料黑炭,触目惊心啊!

检查了里面的各个原件，靠近插头的这边的电子元件都是黑色的，不知道是否已经坏掉了，不管那么多，先把插头上的塑料碳给清理掉先！

用砂纸打磨，清理完毕，装车，换上新的保险丝，着车开空调，风扇转动正常，待水温升高后关闭空调，风扇还是正常转动，车子开了一天后回来检查保险丝，没有发现再被烧的现象，用手去摸保险丝也没有发现发烫的现象，说明以前老是被烧是因为接触不良引起电阻增大，在电压保持不变的情况下引起保险丝发热而烧融塑料壳！
