/etc/nginx/nginx.conf.　　为满足异地缴存职工贷款需求，我市自今年5月1日起实施异地个人住房贷款业务，在异地正常缴存住房公积金的泰州市户籍职工，在泰州区域范围内购买自住住房，可向我市住房公积金管理中心申请住房公积金贷款。截至今年7月底，全市已办理异地贷款业务121笔，发放贷款3702万元，拉动14434平方米住房消费，得到了广大住房公积金缴存职工的好评。　　近两年来，泰州市住房公积金管理中心多次调整住房公积金使用政策，简化公积金业务办理流程，包括调整住房公积金贷款最高限额、放宽租房提取条件、取消购房提取办理时间限制、调整购房贷款首付比例、缩短贷款审批发放期限、开展“公转商”贴息贷款政策等，随着一系列住房公积金政策组合拳的相继实施，有力推动了我市房地产库存的有序出清，拉动了住房消费。
