&听说政府已经取消燃气初装费这项费用了，但是我们小区怎么现在还收啊？&4月15日，家住一米阳光小区的市民拨打电话咨询。
该市民称，他们小区刚交工不久，&开发商向买房者每户收取了2800元的天然气初装费，但是我们对这项收费的合理性有疑问，因为我听说这项费用已经取消了。&
对此，记者咨询了市天伦燃气有限公司。市场部一负责人告诉记者，一米阳光小区属于他们的供气小区。开发商收取的2800元也是公司和开发商经过协商之后收取的，开发商收完之后就会交给公司，因此居民可以放心。
&2800元不是燃气初装费，是户内工程安装费，包括中压管道进小区、庭院支管网建设，以及调压箱和气表等工程收费。&该负责人称，2800元是按照工程预算定出的价格，&现在物价部门只给出指导价，收费还得结合工程预算。小区内围的燃气设施得居民负担。&
至于交纳房款时所交的每平方米12元的用气配套费，该负责人称，这主要用于主管网及气站的建设，还有后期庭院管网的维护。
