IT Localization Translator & Full-Time Position We are looking for 1 experienced technical translator and/or reviewer to add to our existing team in Shanghai. Candidates need to be fully qualified and comfortable translating/reviewing from English into Korean. Please only apply if you are looking for a full-time position. Please send your CV in English at
Candidates with no qualifications or experience will not be shortlisted. Tasks Translating/reviewing software, online help, user documentation, websites, product specifications, etc. Post-Editing machine translation content Translating marketing materials and white papers, and copywriting Key Requirements A degree in Translation, Chinese studies, English, Publishing, Journalism or similar Above-average language and translation skills Good writing style Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard Ability to conform to glossaries, style guides and industry terminology At least 2 years professional experience as a technical translator, technical reviewer, technical author Familiarity with translation memory tools (preferably Trados, SDLX, MemoQ, Idiom or Passolo) A keen interest in IT and new technologies Good team worker
