查询、咨询公积金业务，不一定要跑到网点，随时拿起手机，打电话或打开APP都可以享受专业的服务。10月28日，12329公益专用号及综合服务平台系统启用，为昆明地区各缴存单位及职工提供安全可靠的多项公积金咨询、查询综合服务。不到两个月时间，12329服务系统的门户网站、微信、手机APP等服务渠道访问量达170余万人次，人工服务每天接进电话600多个。
12329综合服务平台做到了线上与线下、业务与服务的融合。通过该平台，部分业务可以在线上自助办结，或在线上预约和排队，而后在柜台办理，客服中心提供信息帮助、业务提醒和收集客户反馈。
12329公益专用号分为12329电话服务和12329短信服务。昆明市住房公积金管理中心（简称昆明中心）通过八大渠道，向缴存单位及职工提供统一的综合服务，渠道包括12329服务热线、门户网站、网上业务大厅、微信、手机客户端、自助终端、12329短信、微博。
八大服务渠道提供7×24小时全天候自助语音服务和5×8小时人工坐席服务的模式，客户可以自由选择使用什么渠道、在什么时间办理业务和接受通知提醒。昆明市住房公积金管理中心信息处处长何建介绍，为保障数据信息安全，维护数据信息权属者的合法权益，在综合服务平台中建设统一的“数据信息敏感系统”，在对内外多个渠道、多用途展示或提供客户信息时，在线实时自动脱去敏感信息。
12329综合服务平台可办这些业务
个人业务：如提前还贷、物管费提取、重大疾病提取、退休提取、提前还公贷、提取还商贷，可在手机APP、微信、个人网厅上自助办结。
单位业务：可以通过网上办事大厅办结全部非资金类业务和部分资金类业务。
需要去网点办的业务：可以网上预约网上排队，避开人多的时候，减少排队时间。
公积金查询指南
网上查询：可查询个人公积金贷款情况及个人账户余额，缴纳明细。
短信查询：可查询公积金缴存情况，修改账户密码，贷款账号情况。
微信查询：提供公积金查询、还款明细查询、个人贷款欠款查询、还款计划查询。
缴存职工均可通过手机下载微信客户端搜索微信公众号“昆明公积金”或扫描二维码，点击关注，即可进入昆明市住房公积金微信公众服务平台查询住房公积金相关信息。
