误区解读:淘宝的技术你永远都学不完的。学的越多,越迷茫。听不完的无数课,听起来永远都有道理。学了无数课,懂了很多道理很多技术,结果还是没有赚到钱。这个是大家的通病,其实我们要理解淘宝,无非就是点击率和转化率的问题吗?我们学那么多,听那么多的课程,我们倒不如是沉下心做好店铺的基础,这个是一句非常真心的话,可能你们还觉得技术非常重要。可是当你接触越久越发现,还是基础重要,我们现在都不会纠结这些,大部分时间都在分析行业,视觉,客服等事情上,做好了,才会去推广。而不是说学会了技术就天下无敌了。
正确理解:技术天天都有,怎么学的完呢,你又确定你学的是最新的吗?所以我们还是把店铺基础做好,这个事情说过了无数遍,只希望大家认真的考虑这句话,因为如果你理解了,对你在淘宝上也是非常大帮助的,当初自已也是沉迷技术上,每天都去找所谓的漏洞,去做,可是最后发现漏洞一会儿就没有了,或者是说根本对店铺没有多大的影响,而一张主图可能比他厉害多了。
误区2:只知推广,不知转化率
A:我家的爆款不知道为什么转化率掉了?
B:不管拉,推广试试,如果直通车不可以,试试钻展。
误区解读:一味的推广,没有考虑过转化率,不断的追求流量,这个是非常多的人都在做的事情,不知道那时候在想什么呢,如果你对手转化率比你高1%,那就说明同样的流量,可是成交的数量就比你多一倍了。那你可以怎么做呢,你开始就输了,如果没有搞清楚本质,胡乱推广受伤的也只有是自已的哦,另外平台也是会推荐一些数据好,消费者喜欢的产品在前面,因为它要坑位产出呢。而这些指标,无非也是点击率、转化率、收藏加购这些。
正确理解:在推广之前,必须是转化率比对手要好了,最起码是差不多的情况下才可以去做,因为推广就意味着用钱去买流量了。你有钱对方会没有钱吗?淘宝太多土豪了。所以说只有从最根本(视觉、客服、产品等)去解决问题,这样你才会突围而出。这个才是最正确的道理。
误区3:为了点击率,不顾图片什么样子
A:直通车点击率怎么优化都上不去呢?
B:你试试去找一些奇葩图片,这样会很快提高点击率的,比如之前的美工走了,很好的连衣裙,这样的就可以了。
误区解读:站内推广最火的莫过于,直通车和钻展了,2个对于点击率都是非常高的要求,为什么,因为如果在同等时间,同等位置,谁的点击率高,不是代表哪个最受欢迎了吗?那在这个情况下,推广的费用会越来越低,反之如果是点击率非常差,那带来的后果就是推广费用会非常高,最后承受不住,说了一句,这个没有用的。哈哈其实很多时候听到,会觉得搞笑,自已用不好,反而是骂工具了。而有些人为了提高点击率,走一些捷径,去做一些奇葩的图片。为了点击而点击。这样就算吸引到了消费者点击。可是大部分因为你的图片奇葩而点击。这样不是更加浪费钱了吗。有时候就算瞒过系统,你的推广费用降低了。可是难保明天就打回原型了。所以大家要切记,走正道。
正确理解:我们不可以为了点击而做点击,我们要从消费者角度去想,做好点击率可以从差异化出发,对方是模特,你是挂拍,对方是黑色底色,你是白色。对方是一个全景,你可以是一个特写。方法总是有的,你要做的是了解消费者的痛点,针对痛点去做差异化的图片。相信这样图片肯定会得到一定的提升的。
误区4:为什么淘客佣金设置那么多还没有人推广
A:我兼职做淘宝,用什么推广方式比较好呢?
B:淘宝客吧,成交才付费的,设置高佣金就好了。100元给对方80元我就不信还没有人推广。
误区解读:高佣金就有人推广,这个也是非常多的人理所应当的以为的,高佣金没有错。可以吸引淘客,可是这个是你的想法而已,不要搞错了。而站在淘客的立场呢?淘客需要的是什么,有没有考虑过,爆款,容易销售的款式,面对一个卖了上万件淘客佣金是10%的和一个0销量的佣金是80%的,选择哪个,现在你想明白了吧,淘客需要快速转化的产品,而并不是为了你这个0销量的产品。另外重点说明一下,推广都是锦上添花的事情,没有雪中送炭的,所以说大家要尽快的搞清楚,做事情之前必须换位思考才会理解对方为什么会这样做。
正确理解:淘宝客,在前期可以设置佣金高一些,不过也需要是把基础做好,基础的销量,视觉等这些,之后配合你的其他工具的推广节奏,只要前期好了,到后期的时候淘客还是会不断的推你的产品的,建议你前期计算好淘客佣金,不然到时候卖的更多亏损的更多,这样就非常傻了,如果这个款就是一个引流款,你可以把他当作不亏或者微亏的时候去做。这样就可以保证淘客非常努力去推,因为你的产品非常优秀,所以淘客也是非常原因去推广的。另外是大家一定要换位思考,对方在想什么,这样会更容易找到本质,去做,正确的方向很重要。
误区5:钻展很容易操作的,做一张图片应该点击率都不会太差的
A:钻展听说是引流最快的方法,对于图片要求高吗?
B:不高,我看他们都是让美工做几张图片就好了,之后就设置投放。
误区解读:钻展是一个对图片要求非常高的推广工具,因为他不同于关键词,关键词搜索是说说明了客户有这个需求,而钻展就是定位你的人群去投放的。还有就是钻展大家最头痛的问题就是,点击率,做了很多张图片点击率都没有提上去。对比行业数据都是连一半都没有,最后点击单价还是高得离谱的样子的。
正确理解:钻展,我们在做钻展时候我们不可以随便做,我们要整理一下。客户痛点,转化为文字,还有排版,底色,还有图片摆放都是有要求的,如果你不会,我们可以去多看看比较常投放钻展的页面,我们去收藏了这些图片,之后去研究他们的结构,在淘宝里面,最好的学习就是模仿了。所以你把这些图片研究之后,就让你们美工去模仿,之后一个个去测试,之后选择最好的一张去测试,这个是我们一直常用的做法,相信你们做了之后肯定会有以外的惊喜。
误区6:活动为什么一直报名不上
A:我一个新店没有流量,报活动你觉得可以吗?
B:可以啊,我听说淘宝报名活动挺容易过的。
误区解读:活动不是一直报不上,是因为太多人报名了,无论是官方的还是第三方的都是非常多人去报名的,而小二选择的时候肯定从款式,应季,价格等等因素去考虑的,并不是单单你报名就可以了,而活动也算是推广的一种也是锦上添花的,在报名活动时候可以参考之前上过活动的价格还有是款式,去选择报名,这样会提高,因为如果之前已经有人成功了,总有一些经验你是可以参考一下的。
正确理解:所以在报名活动时候千万要注意先做好店铺基础先,另外每个报名活动都是有一个最低要求的,都必须去满足了他,这样报名活动才可以提高通过的机率。只有做到这些才是基础分比较高,这样才可以从上万个宝贝中突围而出,淘宝并不是几年前的,现在卖家那么多,守株待兔是一个错误的选择,做好自身,主动出击才是你需要的。
误区7:为什么活动上了之后卖那么少
A:现在淘宝活动上了大概卖多少件呢?
B:最起码上千件吧,我身边朋友都卖非常多的,不怕,多备点货。
误区解读:上活动绝对卖的完,这个谁也说不准,看的太多上聚划算卖几百件的,上第三方活动超低价也是几百件的了,活动不是万能,活动只是提供给你的是展现,所以造成点击和转化完全还是你的能力问题,所以说上活动,也要配上好产品,好视觉,好客服来达到最高转化,这个才算是一次成功的活动,而并不是上了就可以了。
正确理解:对于土匪电商研究中心理解,活动只是分聚回来的消费者是什么类型还有聚回来的量的问题,其他就是我们自已的问题了,比如聚划算都是一些中高端价格的,如果是一些第三方通常是低价的消费者,所以我们要选好活动,之后做好自身,这个是成功的前提,而并不是随便上活动,这个是盲目的,其实说了那么多,也是想让大家从基础先做好,基础才是唯一,好比为什么大家不读大学先,而先小学,基础好了,才可以一步步前进啊,一步到位是没有那么划算的事情的。
误区8:低价冲销量
A:新店,都没有几个销量怎么办呢?
B:低价直接冲销量上去,就可以了。
误区解读:低价冲销量,到现在还是非常多人去做这个事情,可是这个真的有用吗?低价冲销量之后提价之后是完全没有权重的,就是说你这个冲了,之后还是低价的权重对于你正常销售是没有任何有用的,这样就是亏大了,另外是如果一些销量比较多的,也并不是说你低价就可以冲上去的,你没有流量,那你要买。就付费或者活动,活动也是一时间。可是你一下子可以冲到对方几万或者十几万吗?对方也傻,竟然可以拿到这个位置,看到你追上来,也是会去冲的,最后就是看谁的能力强了。
正确理解:低价冲销量已经是不可行了,加上现在千人千面,所以大家不用太介意这个问题,尽量做好自身的,之后淘宝会推荐给相对应的人群,这样更加会提高你的转化率,另外是让更多有特色的店铺会走出来。所以大家不用太纠结于销量这回事,有些类目实在太强大了,比如男装女装、女包等这些类目。所以要认清楚自已的位置,才是最重要的。
误区9:sku发布错误
A:我看到有些sku可以写上:本店无理由退换货、明天恢复原价、还有加入运费险,这样可以的吗?我感觉可以提高转化率呢?
B:可以啊,很多人都这样做呢,淘宝应该不管这些小事的。
误区解读:很多人现在都会犯sku的错误,这个行为淘宝是不允许的,还有是会判断作弊的。比较常见的作弊方法有将常规商品和样品、瑕疵品、单机、模型、二手、包装礼盒等非常规商品放在一个宝贝链接里出售样品,将不同的商品、标类不同型号的商品发布在一个宝贝链接里出售,不同的商品,各SKU价格相同,没有区间价,但SKU的描述与属性项无关等,如果需要更详细的可以看看我们的文章。
正确理解:虽然很多人都在做,可是这些都是淘宝命令禁止的事情,我们就必须停止不去做,因为如果因为别人在做,而你又去,这个是非常愚蠢的事情,我们要在一个平台下生存,就必须遵守规则,这样才可以做好。不然一辈子都别想做大了。
误区10:前期市场不分析,盲目进入
A:我打算在淘宝开一个男装店,你觉得可以吗?
B:可以啊,现在那么多人在网上购物,到时候去找一些,上传上去就可以了。应该挺容易卖的。
误区解读:到现在也有朋友问,淘宝现在是不是上传就可以卖的,无非可以说一句,呵呵。里面的心酸只有做过才会明白,淘宝已经不是当初的淘宝了,竞争激烈程度不亚于线下,虽然坐着全国人的生意,可是面对着全国的对手,位置就那么多,每天的竞争,还有投入都是非常巨大的花销。如果是一个新人什么都不懂,前期都不分析好每个类目的情况,那进去99%都是死路一条,因为大部分类目已经是非常强大的对手,还有就是价格比你拿货还低,那你凭什么去给你的对手竞争呢,消费者为什么买你呢,不分析只会让你的钱白白浪费,最起码是浪费你的时间。
正确理解:无论做淘宝还是其他,都是必须分析市场的,因为不分析市场,你不知道这个市场的容量有多大,你还可以里面分一杯羹吗。你的竞争对手怎样,如果你也是做男装,你卖的都是韩版的,那你对手的价格款式视觉等,你有没有对比过,消费者买他的可能性是不是比你还要大,还有对手销量都是上万的,那你是新店,那有什么竞争的呢,所以前期必须分析好市场,才能了解自已的切入点,或者是说这个行业不适合你,再找其他。而并不是盲目进入,其他人说好就好。
