职位描述：
Job descriptionHEMA Far East Ltd is the Asian buying office for HEMA b.v. department stores. HEMA is an international retailer with almost 700 stores in 7 European countries, selling textile, fashion, hardgood and food products all under private HEMA label. HEMA Far East Ltd is looking for:A QA/QC Auditor with significant experience in factory audits, for our regional buying offices in ShanghaiThe scope of the activity covers partly but not only: -
Perform factory audits, assessing the quality of HEMA producers and vendor management, production capability, and compliance with EU legal requirements (incl RoHS, REACH etc.) according to HEMA requirements -
Coordinating the QA activities with merchandisers, quality colleagues and suppliers-
Reporting QA audit outcome and work together with producers to increase their level of quality management by implementing corrective actions Main job activities:-
Perform Quality Assurance audits according to HEMA standard and requirements-
Write CAP reports-
Monitor CAP progress within given due dates-
Establish weekly report to management teamCompetence criteria:-
Acting with utmost integrity-
Ability to work with people of Western culture and background-
Problem solving-
Proficient skills in general office software (Excel, Outlook)-
Must be adaptable, able to work independently and to work under pressure-
Willingness to travel (average 3 days a week) covering large area (North and South China)Language requirements:- Excellent skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin- Ability to write concise reports in English- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all colleagues including senior management and with suppliersKnowledge & Experience: At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance field preferably with an international retail company or a Laboratory/Inspection CompanyEducation & Professional Qualification:Bachelor degree or aboveSalary: A competitive remuneration and package is available for this job
