网络虽没有区域性，但目前来讲通过网银可以向境外银行帐户汇款，如在工行可以使用个人网上银行中境内汇出汇款功能。此功能是指通过工商银行向开立在大陆以外地区银行的个人账户汇出外汇资金的业务。所支持币种为：英镑、港币、美元、瑞士法郎、新加坡元、瑞典克朗、丹麦克朗、挪威克朗、日元、加拿大元、澳大利亚元、欧元、新西兰元。具体操作步骤及注意事项，登录工行门户网站，点击中上方“个人服务”－“电子银行”－“网上银行”－“转账汇款”－“境内汇出汇款”进行查看。

个人接收汇款的数量和电汇一样，按外管局政策办。汇入行接收汇款同样是免费的，费用汇款行那边已经收了。
