中文摘要: 工业旅游是产业旅游的一个重要分支，是旅游业发展的产物和工业化发展的结果。工业旅游作为工业企业转变自身单一产业结构向多元产业发展的一种重要途径和新型旅游方式，从诞生之日起就倍受各方关注，有着广阔的发展前景。本文以工业旅游开发中的关键问题为主线，以旅游学、经济地理学、区域经济学等学科的基本理论为指导，在回顾和综合分析相关研究成果的基础上，深入探讨了工业旅游兴起的动力机制及产生效应等理论问题，分析总结工业旅游的发展条件与开发模式，应用昂谱（RMP）分析模式对工业旅游开发进行综合分析，并以新疆独山子为例进行实证研究，最后得出有关结论。本文通过以上研究，以期为工业旅游开发提供科学依据和决策参考。研究内容主要由以下五部分组成：第一部分；阐明本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究方法和试图取得的创新点，综述国内外相关研究成果，简介工业旅游开发的理论基础。个第二部分：阐述工业旅游的概念、特征和功能；从旅游资源认识的突破、旅游需求的多元化趋势、科学技术在工业中的应用、现代产业发展的新趋势和工业旅游自身的引力作用等五个驱动因素研究工业旅游兴起的动力机制；分析工业旅游对工业企业、旅游业、区域（或城市）、社会和旅游者产生的效应。第三部分：从旅游活动的构成要素和工业旅游发展的相关因素两个方面，分析工业旅游的发展条件；探讨现阶段我国开展工业旅游项目企业的基本特征，并阐明适合开展工业旅游的企业；分别以开发主体和旅游产品分类，分析和总结工业旅游开发模式。第四部分：应用区域旅游开发的昂谱（RMP）分析模式，对工业旅游进行R性析和M性分析，以此为基础进行P性分板进而提出工业旅游开发的原则。第五部分：以新疆独山子为例进行实证研究；分析独山子工业旅游的发展环境，剖析其开发现状和存在问题刃对独山子工业旅游进行昂谱（RMP）分析，并提出发展对策。最后，在上述研究基础上得出本文结论。Industrial tourism is an important branch of industry tourism, an outcome of industrialization and the evolution of tourism industry. As a new way of tourism and an important way to change industrial corporation from single industrial structure to plural one, industrial tourism has got much more attention from the day of its emerging and has a great prospect for development This dissertation takes key problems in industrial tourism development as its main thread and takes the basic theories of tourism, economic geography, regional economics as its guidance. On the basis of reviewing and analyzing of relevant research results synthetically, this dissertation probes into such theoretical questions as dynamic mechanism and effects resulted from industrial tourism, also analyzes and summarizes the development condition and development mode of industrial tourism. Using the framework of RMP, this dissertation analyzes the development of industrial tourism synthetically. Furthermore, taking Dushanzi in Xinjiang as an example, it carrys on the positive research and gets relevant conclusions finally. Through the above research, this dissertation is in the hope of offering scientific basis and reference for the decision to industrial tourism development. The dissertation consists of five main parts as follows: The first part: The background of the selected title, the significance of the research, research approach, technological route and innovations this text trying to abtain are clarified. Domestic and international relevant research results are summarized. The theoretical foundation of industrial tourism development is also introduced briefly. The second part: The conception, character and function of industrial tourism are expounded. By analyzing five driving factors such as the breakthrough for the understanding of tourism resources, multiplex trend of the-tourism demand, application of science and technology in industry, new trend of modem industry development and attraction of industrial tourism itself, the dynamic mechanism rising in industrial tourism is studied. The effects produced by industrial tourism to industrial enterprise, tourism industry, the area(or the city), the society and the tourists are also analyzed. The third part: From two aspects, key element of the tourist activity and relevant factors of industrial tourism - development, the development condition required by industrial tourism is analyzed. The essential features of industrial enterprises that develop industrial tourism project in our country at present stage are probed into. And then the enterprises which are suitable for industrial tourism development are clarified. Furthermore, classified by developmental subjects and tourism product, the development mode of industrial tourism is respectively analyzed and summarized. The fourth part: Using an analytic framework of RMP for regional tourism development, resource analysis and market analysis for industrial tourism are carried on, and then followed product analysis. The principle of industrial tourism development is proposed consequently. The fifth part: Take Dushanzi in Xinjiang as an example and carry on the positive research. Analyzing the development environment, current development situation and problems, this dissertation probes into industrial tourism of Dushanzi by using a framework of RMP and then brings forward the development countermeasures. Finally, relevant conclusions are drawn out on the basis of the above-mentioned researches, and the problems to be further researched are put forward.
