& && & 地铁：虽然地铁是最快、最高效的交通工具。但是，深圳西站并不提供此功能。由于深圳西站位于南山前海湾填海区，故前往该站的乘客在地铁罗宝线大新站下，鲤鱼门站位于前海湾填海工地区，无法达到深圳西站。但是从大新站到深圳西站行走距离依然有1公里之远，对于携带了大量行李的旅客来说，这显然不是一条好路线。
& && & 公交车（运营时间早上6点至晚上11点）：
& && & 目前共有5条公交线路可直接抵达深圳西站，具体为229路（宁水花园-深圳火车西站）、234路（梅林检查站-深圳火车西站）、353路（坪地汽车站 - 深圳火车西站）、B623路（南头检查站 - 深圳火车西站）、B682路（深圳火车西站 - 高新西公交总站）

& && & 至于计程车费用上，深圳市内红色计程车的【起步价】为10元/两公里，超过2公里每公里收取2.4元。【晚间11点-次日6点的起步价】为13元/两公里，超过2公里每公里收取2.4元。【燃油附加费】为单程额外收取3元。【返空费】总里程超过25公里之后的部分，按里程价的30%收取加价。【候时费】为0.8元/每分钟。照此收费标准计算，如果从深圳（火车）站至深圳北站，计程车费用大概需要55元左右。
& && & 而深圳关外绿色计程车的【起步价】为6元/1.5公里，超过1.5公里每公里收取2.4元。【返空费】为日间与红色计程车一致，而晚点11点至次日6点按照里程的20%收取。【候时费】为0.5元/分钟。绿色计程车是不能进入深圳市区，有需要到达深圳市区的朋友建议选择红色计程车。
& && & 总结：经过体验得出，使用公共交通设施前往深圳西站不大实际，因为深圳西站多为跨省长途火车，行李也会比较多，所以自驾车前往会比较方便。自驾车的话，最好是两人一同前往，停车在新濠车城里面，一人介绍旅客一人留守车辆，如果实在只有一个人的话，最好把车停到住宅区的停车场里再去接送旅客。
