　　经过这次事件，稻盛认识到企业经营并不仅仅是销售额那么简单，还需要考虑到员工的利益。“如果只是为了追求作为一名技术员的梦想而开展经营的话，即便取得了成功，那也是建立在牺牲员工利益的基础上的。但公司应该有更为重要的目的，公司经营最基本的目的是保护员工及其家属的今后生活，为大家谋幸福。”正是从那时候开始，稻盛和夫开始考虑公司的经营理念，思考公司的生存目的。&&&&稻盛和夫是一名技术管理人员，对企业经营一窍不通，但作为京瓷的负责人，他必须从个人事务中脱身，从更高层面上思考企业经营问题。事实上，稻盛和夫之所以能够说服那11名员工，靠的是个人的真诚和信心。作为企业经营的门外汉，稻盛认识到人性和做人基本准则的重要性，在此基础上，逐渐形成了他以心为本的经营哲学。&&&&对大部分中国创业者来说，可能具有足够的经营知识和管理理论，但往往会像稻盛和夫一样缺少经营经验。如果我们能像稻盛和夫一样坚定信心，给予员工信任和真诚，秉持基本的做人准则，就能够获得大家的尊重和支持。&&&&中国企业家都应学习京瓷哲学&&&&京瓷刚成立时，规模很小，很难获得与日立、东芝、索尼这类大企业合作的机会。对一家立志高远的企业来说，稳定的客户源是发展的前提条件。只有大企业才能提供稳定的产品需求，因此如何争取与这些大企业合作，成了京瓷的首要目标。&&&&通常来说，那些老牌厂家能够生产的产品，大企业是不会选择与小企业合作的，即便小企业有着更低的成本和更高的质量。为此，京瓷只能接那些老牌厂家不愿或不能生产的产品。据稻盛回忆，当自己拿出新开发的材料向客户推荐时，很多客户虽然认可其新材料的质量，但往往会提出新的要求，让京瓷提供市场上还没有的产品。这种特需产品不仅技术难度高，而且需求量小，对京瓷来说意味着高难度、高成本。但京瓷别无选择，只能接受挑战。&&&&对中国的中小企业来说，选择客户和产品是一件奢侈的事情。为了生存，我们往往只能被选择，而不是主动出击。但需要注意的是，我们可以为客户和市场作出调整，但无论如何调整，也不能轻易离开自己的主业。&&&&这种合作方式虽然不利于企业规模的扩大，但却让京瓷以一种另类的方式生存了下来。而且由于长期从事前沿产品的开发，也积累了丰富的开发经验和创新技术。在稻盛和夫和同事的努力下，京瓷的客户名单越来越长，松下、三菱都成了它的固定客户，到了1964年年底，甚至连全球著名的飞兆半导体（也就是美国的仙童半导体）公司，也成了它的订单客户。
