信用证：怎样才算partial shipment?
UCP500 Article 40(b)规定: &Transport documents which appear on their face to indicate that shipment has been made on the same means of conveyance and for the same journey, provided they indicate the same destination, will not be regarded as covering partial shipments, even if the transport documents indicate different dates of shipment and/or different ports of loading, places of taking charge or despatch.& 问： 1、“the same means of conveyance”应理解为“同一运输工具”（如甲船vs乙船）还是“同一种运输方式”（如海运vs空运）？ 2、如果理解为“同一运输工具”，那么该条款是不是可以这样认为：只要不是同一艘船（或一架飞机）运来的货物，哪怕是同一天、从同一地点出发、沿同一线路、到同一目的地，也视为partial shipment. 3、如果起运地不同（different ports of loading, places of taking charge or despatch），又怎会有the same journey？ 是不是仅仅有一种可能，例如一艘船从A港开往D港，途径停靠B港和C港添加货物，那么在A、B、C港签发的运单就做到了the same means of conveyance，the same journey，the same destination. 还有其他可能吗？ 4、这算不算partial shipment：一艘船从A港装一部分货，开往D港卸货，然后又到B港装另一部分货，又D港卸货，算不算partial shipment.
