Wondersun Dairy Co., Ltd. is formerly known as Wondersun Food Factory,which was established in 1965. With the integration of the 10 dairy factories in the reclamation area in late 1996, Wondersun Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. was established. In June 2001, it transformed its structures and became Wondersun Dairy Co., Ltd. and moved from the Xingkai Town of Mishan to Harbin Development Zone. On July 14, 2006, Wondersun Dairy Co., Ltd. and Taiwan’s Uni-President Group formally began cooperation by way of joint venture.
目前，完达山乳业股份有限公司系北大荒集团控股公司（其中北大荒集团、台湾统一集团各持66%和34%股份），拥有资产总额30亿元，下辖40余家分、子公司。年加工鲜奶能力100余万吨，可生产、液态奶、饮料、豆制品、米麦制品及保健食品等6大系列近200个品种。销售网络遍及全国，其中原料粉远销东南亚和非洲。
Since 1990s, Wondersun Dairy has seized new development opportunitiesof the Chinese dairy industry, respectively, re-constructed and invested factories in Yantai, Shandong Province, Ningjin County of Xingtai City of Hebei Province,obtained holdings in the core business of former Sanlu Company, and Hebei Beland Dairy Company, the biggest production base for liquid milk, thus realizing the rapid expansion with low cost. Meanwhile, Wondersun Dairy invested 1.3billion yuan to establish 7 large projects like milk processing plants, liquid milk production plant and a modern ranch with international standards in key areas.
