问题补充：这是新成立公司，第一次提取，如果遵守：“法定盈余公积累计额已达注册资本的50％时可以不再提取”的规定只好提取25万元，如果遵守：“按利润分配-未分配利润的10％提取法定盈余公积”的话就该提取69万元，这样就大大超出前一条规定了，请问我该如何提取，谢谢！
