我的帐号是去年10月被封的，之后就一直 没有管他，直到6月，才突然准备把它拿回来，看见很多朋友也遇到很多问题，那么follow me！
首先说一下我的帐号的情况吧，前年11月开始，我就开始买gift 卡，那个时候便宜啊，10块钱100美元，不过一直买歌曲，mv，随着黑卡价格水涨船高，我开始渐渐买程序，当然，我算幸运，1年后才封了我的号，但是前前后后奖金1000多美元了
ok，废话不说，直接进入主题
建议大家直接套用，当然如果你英语好，考过雅思神马的，你就更应该知道怎么写了，套用的同学直接把蓝色字体替换成自己的信息就好
当你发现你的帐号被封了之后，会自动进入支持界面，当然选择itunes 支持，选择iTunes Store Account and Billing，国家我写的是us，不过帐号也是美国的，个人建议写美国，写中国，大家都懂的～～～～填写表格，以及内容，当然，这就是你的第一封邮件：
我是这样写的：
today,i find my itunes store's account disabled。 yesterday,& & A friend of mine give me $100 giftcard and i redeem.i think maybe due to this.so i hope you can restore my account thank you
it is very important for me
Wish you all work with pleasure!
sincerely apple fans
大致意思是：今天我发现我的itunes帐号不能用了
昨天我的一个朋友给了我一张gift卡，并且我兑换了程序
我想，可能是这个原因造成的
所以我希望您可以帮我恢复我的帐号

大概过了2天吧，我收到了第一封回信：

I understand you are concerned about purchases that were made with your iTunes Store account without your permission or knowledge. I know how upsetting that can be and I will be happy to assist you today.
I apologize for the delay in response from us, due to unexpected large volume of requests. I know it must have been difficult for you to wait for a response from us and I deeply regret that.
I understand that your account, &&, has been disabled and you would like it enabled. I know how important it is for you. I will be happy to assist you today, so that you can enjoy the iTunes Store as soon as possible.
In order for me to investigate, you will need to provide the following information:
1) the billing address listed on the account, and
2) one of the following:
- the order number of your most recent authorized purchase
- or the name of any authorized item you've purchased using this account

看这个名字 我觉得貌似是个印度阿三，不过没关系，不影响我们去做，只要别自己乱编语法，中式英语很奇怪也很容易看出来，漏了陷就比较麻烦了，他说了一堆客套话，怎么抱歉，怎么不便之类的，但是关键从红色地方的开始：
大概意思：
根据我的理解，您的帐户，“xxxxx@ ”，已被禁用，且你想使用它。我知道这对你很重要。我也很乐意帮助你
为了让我去核实，我需要你提供以下信息：
1）注册时你的账单地址，
2）以下其中任意一项：
- 您最近一次购买商品的订单号
- 或任何你已经购买的东西的名称
我将根据你提供的信息去调查，希望你耐心等待。。。。。
这个时候我看见很多人不知所错了，在论坛里面发帖求助了，不急，不急，
跟我来，虽然你的帐号封了，但是你是可以进入itunes的，在itunes中点击itunes store，右上角点击&&输入你封了的帐号名称密码，进入之后看到这个界面了吧，看到billing address了吧，就这么简单，复制，粘贴
ok，那么第一个要求完成了
现在第二个，我们点击purchase history
进入到这个界面
右上角的order后面的号码就是你最近一次购物的订单号，复制，粘贴
或者在下面previous purchases里面随便选一个软件名称，免费的也可以，写上
我个人是把购买日期，并且把2个要求都写上了，我觉得这样保险一点，推荐大家也这样做

ok基本上大功告成，之前我有在网上看过不上网友反映没有通过，我有看过他们的句子，通常都是中式英语，或者都是用主驶句这些很强硬或者命令的语言，美国人绝对不吃这一套，尤其是在文字上，想想本来用语不规范就很不礼貌，在加上还命令人家，接邮件的本来就是CR部门，面对的消费者都基本美好脸色，其实给不给你解封他们无所谓，反正是公家的，美国人爱听好听的，你捧他2句，他对你的影响自然不一样，之后的就只是走一个形式罢了（在国外读书时，在苹果做过part time）
2天后，我收到了这封邮件：

&&首先就是告诉我我的帐号可以用了，其次就是为了所谓安全可以重设密码（因为你不重设你会发现你登陆提示你密码错误），点进去，邮件修改或者密码问题，个人推荐邮件，问题不但要回答问题还要回答出生年月，另外告诉大家，这个时候可以不用注册又有英文大小写又有数字的密码了，我改成了纯数字，包括别的帐户也可以修改。
最后& &咱们还是要在回一封谢谢人家（诵佛送到西嘛～）

先去动漫星城看看样板店的经营模式，再去找货源。
玩具请去一德东路的文具批发城；一德东路和解放路交界处万菱广场，这里有的动漫产业专门店，产品种类不少哦。
国内能公开发售的漫画书可以去海珠区的图书批发市场，地铁二号线可到晓港站下，步行15分钟到建基路图书批发市场。可以坐864到总站前一个站“海联路”步行过去。或者坐到达海珠区的公交车在“海印桥南站”，有个石化加油站，所在的是建基路口，步行四分钟就到，该市场到下午五点关门。

国内D版的话到处都是有的，那个很好找了，不过要原装正版的话可以问这个老板了，他是长期做正版漫画生意，不过价格就要比国内D版贵很多，他腾讯号码是，有兴趣的话可以问问看
